I have been to this Sonic a few times and I have failed to make a review. The majority of the time the person bringing out the food is friendly and polite. I usually pre-order my food and give them notification when I arrive. Depending on how slammed they are sometimes depends how long it takes to get the food. The food is usually good for Sonic food or drink. The shake I got today was good, haven’t had one in a while so it was too much whipped cream on top. And as usual, the tops don’t stay on the cup very well; but no fault directly to this location but to the corporate headquarters. The parking areas was clean and landscaped.

I ordered a cheesy bacon cheese and jalapeños burger stack combo with onion rings.. This Sonic’s restaurant service was really fast.. Customer service was good.. Employee was really polite and friendly.. Food temperature was not good, and the meat was old and dry. Meat was so dry and hard..

I truly enjoy ordering from this location. The staff are always fast and very friendly. There Coney hotdogs and smash burgers are amazing. I recommend the Coney combo with a side of tots w/cheese and a cherry lime slush. Great stop to eat anytime.

Whoever owns this place needs to do better. Having a single employee on shift during the busiest time of day, happy hour, is actually crazy. It should not take 15 minutes for two sodas to come out. Not blaming staff here, but managers or owners need to do better about scheduling. Poor girl was stressed. I can see owners name on door- Mr. James pls do better

Unless James the GM is there, it’s trash. The last 4 times I’ve gone they’ve burnt my egg in my burritos, gave me my burgers all the way when I order them plain and give me my slushes half melted because they made them 40 minutes before they brought out my food. Whoever is there when James isn’t is a terrible manager. They’ve also never offered any sorry or extra fries for taking an hour to bring me a drink and plain burger on multiple occasions.

I did an online order for only a small milkshake, blast, and fries. It took 40 MINUTES to get our food. Other cars who got there after us received their food before we did. When we got the ice cream finally, it was already melted, so I guess it was sitting on their counter for a while. They did not secure the lid properly and it spilled before I even set it down. Worst customer service. They have no idea what they are doing.

Sonic lost its taste. For starters they took forever. Ordered ahead with time on the app. Secondly they sent us a runner to tell us they couldn’t complete our order due to the ice cream machine being broken. However the runner had no idea what our order consisted of. Made it incredibly hard to work out what we could replace our order with. They worked with us and exchanged it for a slush and a milkshake. But the wait was still long. By the time we got our order the food was cold. Milkshake was runny and why does the slush taste like gross faucet water. And on top of that 3 scoops into my milkshake and there’s a hair! How much worse could the experience be? Definitely not worth the money I spent.

If you want to try the new BBQ pork sandwich, I DONT recommend ordering it. I ordered it for the first time and it was disappointing. You’re basically ordering bread, pickles and sauce. I asked for another one to be made and it was practically the same. Never again….they need to not sell this.

whatever manager/shift lead was closing tonight 9/30 at midnight needs to find a new job that she actually loves. we pulled up bc the hours online say open til 1 am. we pressed the button to order and she comes out saying “the lights are off, so we’re closed” with attitude and then aggressively shut the door???? we had no idea they were closed because online it says open til 1am. we completely understand that these things happen, but fix your attitude when letting customers know you’re closed!!!

I’m giving this please a low rating because no matter if we DoorDash or pick up our orders are never right! I mean never, not once! Be prepared to check your order and have them redo your burgers.
