Guys! Please I wanted to enjoy my chicken bites and onion rings and pulled them out and saw this sad meal I ordered this evening. Night crew, please, serve fresh food don’t give us customer burnt onion rings and dry-hard chicken bites. My meal was a 0/10 just dry and burnt.

Read the reviews!!I made the mistake of not and now I see people say it’s dry.The burger was so dry and for the prices I rather go to Whataburger!They have on person making the food which is messed up like?you have a bunch of customers coming in and you have to wait 20mn for a single combo.Ofc I ate the whole burger because I was starving but it was so dry the whole time.

Well been here since 5:30, it’s been 30 mi uses and pressing g the button twice.. the wait use to be wonderful other days but today it just was not it.. gentleman walked by noticed we were waiting and still no answer waited for someone to answer the button cleared out. Once again pressed button still waiting and no answer or anything.. waited 36 minutes and nothing g they never once asked previously for the add one and they don’t acknowledge.. still waiting while typing the review… what a waste of gas and time just idling for a response… I guess we will see next other visit

My onion rings that came with combo the rings on top of the cluster og rings were good but after the first 2 rings then all the other onion rings after that were way over cooked for better word BURNT!!!! I could not eat them.

Their service is always excellent! We love the app specials and discounts. On today’s visit, there was no ice cream in the middle of our Blast, so I called and they credited us the medium blast, no questions asked (I had pictures, just in case). Excellent customer service!

I go to sonic a lot – probably at least once every 2 weeks. This is the best Sonic out of the ones I’ve gone to in the RGV (ranking at the end of this post). The wait times vary of course if it’s busier you will wait more but it never feels like too much of a wait. The service is good, Sonic employees are always really nice and attentive.
My usual is either just a Sprite Zero or I’ll go ahead and get some tater tots with chilli cheese or hot dog. Also the Sonic smasher burger. Overall the food is always hot, good, and reliable! The Sprite Zero is never flat, always super refreshing. My favorite sonic.
The Sonics I’ve gone to in the RGV ranked:
1- pecan – good wait times, service and quality of Sprite Zero is the best here
2- 10th – wait times long, good service and quality is alright sometimes hit or miss
3- Jackson – really long wait times good service, quality hit or miss.
4-university drive – extremely long wait time, I believe it is understaffed 🙁 good service, qualify hit or miss.
No hate to any of these sonics at all- they are all good but for the purpose of this review I wanted to show how my other sonic experiences compare to this location.
Finally, Thank you Sonic workers for always being really nice and attentive 🙂 like yall are actually underrated, yall have great customer service.

I really love their garlic butter bacon burger. Me and my husband always go!! We really enjoy eating in the car while watching YouTube videos . Very amazing. Very tasty. I recommend 100% the service and the waiters are very nice and sweet they care
