These people ate my food! I showed up 10 mins past the time I requested my food to be done because they always take so long. I really wanted sonic for dinner tonight and its the closest one to my house. I got there to get my food. Took a minute for them to bring it out but I got it. I got home and opened it up. About 1/4 of my chill tots is gone, and one tot is cut in half. These people ate my food.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Placed online order. Showed up 5 min later and app wouldn’t check in , pressed button to tell carhop and she said she would bring it out when it was ready. They brought us our food 40 minutes later. Our food Had been sitting under warmer for over 30 minutes. Fries and tots soggy. 75% of Order was wrong. They admitted to this and acted like it was no big deal. Didn’t even offer to remake it. $40 worth of food that was not made right, taste nasty and was soggy. Management this evening is really failing at their job.

As a delivery person for a 3rd party company, a few things happened that need more attention to detail to increase your delivery business! 4 of 11 items were missing from order (1 drink and 3 food items). The employee was very professional, however she said she missed a 2nd bag of food, as there was no ticket on that bag to let her know it belonged to original order. In this area, the drives are sometimes 30+ minutes to customer house, so getting the order right is key to repeat business! Also!*******FOR DELIVERY ORDERS: Kindly put a cup holder in plastic bag for 2+ drinks for safe carrying to door. Please consider a large paper bag with handles to carry hot food items, and safety tape with receipt of name/order number attached to bag. This is a professional product to be delivered, where hot = hot and cold = cold when arriving at customer location. I appreciate your time!

Me and my family went to get some cold drinks. Cherry limeades. Started down the road and had to turn around because all they gave us was carbonated water. The employee gave attitude but replaced the drinks and it was no different. Called them again and got more attitude. Finally had to settle for cherry cokes and were told they were diet. Not what was ordered. Would not recommend this store to anyone I cared about.

The absolute worst soda I have had in my life. I tried calling but the number is disconnected. I was headed out of town and didn’t realize until I took a drink a few minutes down the road. I ordered a cherry lime coke with easy ice in the app, it tasted like waterer down diet coke and loads of ice.

a sonic is a sonic is a sonic….. Right? WRONG!!!! WELL, no wait. Right!! They’re all alike, until one sets itself apart. In a world where controlling your marketing value depends on everyone complying to company policy, how do you set yourself apart? You get a manager that freaking rocks. This dude was by far the greatest Sonic manager yet. Now I’ve met done over the top Sonic dudes and always give em props on my reviews. This guy was different. You know certain people talk and then certain people speak with authority and vigor. Some women walk and then some ladies glide as if they never touch the ground. He said all the right things. He was courteous and receptive to courtesy. He established trust by sharing an embarrassing truth about himself. And then, he went above and beyond. Pup cups, Scooby snacks, pleasant and relevant jokes. An honesty that only the meek can possess, except his definition of meek was one of bridled power. A soldier who has long ago learned that it’s not absolutely necessary to unsheathe your sword to gain control.

We visited this sonic since it was closest to where we were staying and we had a really pleasant experience. The staff was so friendly and kind. We even received a coupon from the manager when they messed up one of our ice cream orders. Very kind. Thank you sonic for a great experience, we will visit again when we are in the area!

This specific sonic consistently messes up our orders. Tonight I came for a mini Oreo blast. This is what I got for $5.00. I gave a $2.00 tip, too, before I was able to see inside the cup. I guess this is what happens when you have a bunch of kids run the place. $7.00 for a quarter cup of ice cream. Stay away.
