When u want take out and pull into sonic thinking that your going to have a decent meal and instead u get screamed at and told we’re busy so I’m in a hurry and your food and drink is shoved through the window at you then u go back just thinking it’s some worker having a bad day , only for it to happen again, except they don’t bring out what u order and when u ask for them to Please get what u asked for they just say have a nice day and walked off!! I would say this SONIC needs a complete makeover workers and all !!! I know NOT all of them are bad but I can tell u that ALOT of them are RUDE!!!

We got there a little after 3 pm ordered my food , then ordered an online drink from someone else in the car she got her drink 15 mins later meanwhile my food never came out so we asked someone that worked there how long will it be they said there was no order at all so she took my order again and we were still waiting for longer we waited about 45 mins in total so we left I know they were busy after school but we should have never waited that long for our food .

This is by far one of the worst Sonics I have ever been to. I can tell by the other reviews this is not new information, yet the problems still persist. The crew here is rude and slow beyond belief. If you expect people to continue to spend money here why not actually take responsibility for this location and solve the issues at hand. I’m sure this will fall on deaf ears but at least others will know not to expect much coming here.

Bad experience. They couldn’t find my call in order and sent me to another store. It was closed. When I returned and finally got my food upon returning home and dishing out 3 other subs aside from mine I’m told 2 of them were not what they ordered. Stuck with $12 sandwiches that ate not able to be eaten due to allergies and no compensation per Subway. Worst visit ever
