They are very slow here. A cup of ice could easily take 30 minutes. When I finally received the ice, it had lint in it. I’ve been to this location several times & the teenage employees are playing the entire time, casually “forgetting” to bring your food.

They have taken off half of their menu and ordering boards, reducing places for customers to order. Took 10 minutes just to get a tea we ordered on the app, and had a tard time finding a spot available due to their downsizing.

They get 0.5 star!!! Why does it take 10 minutes to get an ice cream cone in the drive through lane, with no one ahead of me…when there is only one customer’s car at a dining bay window in the whole lot??????? I gave them a 60 second countdown, after waiting and LEFT! Just Sorry!

I was at sonic last night and I just wanted to say great conversation and that this is a great place to get ice cream I got drinks last night. There was this car in front of me who was a Karen and was very rude the hole time she was there and she told the young lady that’s not the drink she ordered in a rude way not even nice so the girl said okay and went in side then the Karen was over there demanding a medium she had no respect for this kids trying to do there job there was very good customer service last night

Great service one employee forgot a burger and cheese sticks on my order and called back to let location know. Manager Andrea was very professional and apologetic. Asked me to return today and they made it right by comping my meal. Very young and Courteous staff here Iappreciated it!

Friday night, restaurant not that busy. Placed order via app, waited 30+ minutes before I could even get anyone’s attention. 3 items should not take more than 1/2 an hour to come out. All the lights went out in the parking/drive-thru area at 10:30pm. No one seems to know what’s going on. People parking for awhile and then leaving empty-handed. I never got my food.

Do not go to this Sonic. They must have fired everyone working in Customer service. My daughter and I stop at this location to grab lunch. We ordered 2 number 1 combos, the price per combo is $8.49, we paid and waited in the car fir the order. When our order was brought to us we discovered the fries were missing. When we checked the receipt sure enough they rung us up for the burgers and drinks only (al la carte). I thought no worries since we paid $17.79 which would be equivalent to two #1s they would just bring us two small fries. NOPE. The car hopper (Andrea) was adamant we needed to pay $3.02 for one order of fries the manager (Hispanic lady) came to the door and was to busy to deal with this do she shrugged Andrea to just give us the fries.

so we went there to get some drinks and the oreo cheesecake one was literally sour but kat came out to give our friend a refund and she gave us some valuable advice about her recommendations for the menu. million stars she a real one
