I’ve stopped here only a handful of times, but last week when we stopped by to get our grandchildren something quick to eat, it wasn’t so great. We ordered our food via the app, but when they brought us our order, it was all wrong. They did make it right. It was just more of an inconvenience when you have to starving grandchildren!

I’m was staying at the hotel across the street for over a week and I’ve come to this sonic three times. The first time was nice, I came in the morning for two burritos, which turned out delicious. The Second time I went I also came for two burritos and they had stale tortillas. Lastly on my third visit I ordered mozzarella sticks and a Sonic blast and a route 44 drink through the app. after visiting this sonic I found that they had not followed the instructions for easy ice or lime in my drink and that my sonic blast looked like it had been stirred through— not the usual presentation that sonic will gives me— seems off-putting and unappetizing. Doesn’t give a good reputation for the Sonic company.

the cashier with bright multicolored makeup did not give me the correct change. I was 75 cents short. It’s nothing to me, I demanded those 75 cents from her and she told me they had no coins and apologized. but if she does that to all the customers and takes their change then she is stealing.
