It’s been a long time since I went to a Burger King. I went to this location this morning and I’m thrilled. Food was cooked perfectly! Best I’ve had in YEARS. The customer service was outstanding. One very nice lady running both windows. With very little wait time. I’ve got to give it to them.

Gave this place another chance…they should just close down! I went to drive thru where there was nobody else there. Waited 4 mins to have my order taken then was advised to wait at 1st window until they motion me up to pick up window. In total I waited 14 mins from start to finish and my food wasn’t even correct. Will not go back! If you’re smart stay clear of this location

You better have a ton of patience to go to this location or any Burger King it seems. We wait here 30 minutes on average, every time. So it is definitely not fast food any more. You better check your bag too if you get multiple meals bc they will forget something! Oh and now DoorDash orders are more important than the people in the drive through so that’s their excuse now for leaving a car in the drive thru that long wasting our gas for mobile orders smh.

I went to this particular Burger King a while back and normally the cashiers in the drive-through were unpleasant. We decided to give it another shot because it’s close to our home and there’s this one girl that wears glasses with dark hair that is always smiling she’s pleasant and she’s the only reason we will come back

The service at this Burger King is awful. I have been in the drive thru line for 45mins. An employee just came out that he and one other person are the only ones working. Management should do better.

I’m extremely disappointed and disturbed by what happened during my daughter’s recent visit to this Burger King location. She ordered a whopper (no pickles no onions), burger still had pickles and onions and as she got to the very last bite, she felt something unusual in her mouth — it turned out to be a folded piece of paper inside the food.
This is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety concern. I tried contacting the store directly but received no answer. At the very least, I expected a refund AND an apology or acknowledgment, but instead, I’ve been met with silence.
This experience has made me lose trust in the quality control at this location, and I sincerely hope this matter is investigated to prevent it from happening to anyone else. I have photos and documentation of what occurred and will be reporting it to the proper health authorities if I don’t hear back soon.
