First time to sonics in well over a decade. Service was crazy slow and they messed up the order. In trying to fix it, messed it up again. The food tastes fine, those tater tots were strangely amazing but not a great experience overall.

To the individual on the headset that told my husband that you cannot substitute a shake for a soda with a meal, this is for you, Yes, you can get a shake as a substitute for the drink in a Sonic meal, but it will likely cost extra. It is a common request, and Sonic’s ordering system allows for it. So, that being said charging per item to up price is a clever move. Also, our order wasn’t even made correctly, but was charged correctly on the receipt. Noted. Sub par service at best.

Every time I drive in I get no reception and no loose coins in my change. This time she put it in my seat for me because I couldn’t. She gave me $3.00 from a $20 and no receipt so I have no idea what her name is or how much it was she did not ask me if I wanted my change. Sometimes I need that change to be able to eat. I am 74 year old woman with disabilities and a female Veteran service connected.

Pulled into a stall to place my order. Started raining, so I pressed the red button to ask if the employees would prefer I pull up to the drive through window so no one would have to walk in the rain. Person taking my order didn’t seem to understand what I was saying. I pulled up anyway and I found my drink was only halfway full. I left wishing I had told the staff what I thought of them. My wife and son’s orders were good, that’s the only reason I’m not condemning this place. I’ll be going to a Sonic closer to my house next time.
