Today, Feb. 15, 2020, I met Niki & his Staff.
Very Nice not alot of English spoken so I need to refresh my Spanish.
I bought the Fresh Steak Tacos ~ Delicious on HomemadeTortillas. Their salsa is Extreme Extra Hot!! Brought Tears to my Eyes but the Tacos I give them a 4 just too plain for me .. I think Lettuce, Cheddar Cheese and Sour Cream should be added.
I also ordered the Grilled Chicken now that was also Delicious – I go by every Sat. Enjoy a half.
I tasted the Grilled Steak which you can buy by the pound. Many do it that way because Niki marinates his Flank Steaks & Grills them. Flank Steaks are hard to do at home so I salute you a 4* on your Steak & Chicken. American People .. STOP by and Try for Niki & his Staff are Great Chefs cooking out of Food Caboose today. They also serve Delicious Food inside where its warm too.
