We mostly go here for the hot fudge sundaes, which are awesome. We like to use the app to place our orders. They usually get our order out pretty quick. Other than that, the food is about average.

More than half of the card readers are broken and have been for at least 2 years. I always end up with wrong orders and burnt food. One day I sent back 7 corn dogs bc every single time they came out black. My daughter used to work there and there’s a reason she no longer does. Some of the managers will take tips if a customer walks out on an order which only happens bc their card readers don’t work so the carhops have to go back inside and some customers know this so they will give fake cards or cards that don’t work so they can leave without paying. It is illegal to take that from their drawer/tips. They have the car hops double and triple scan to boost their numbers and money gets crossed bc they don’t always have the car hop who scanned take out all the orders they scanned for. They violate multiple child labor laws and regular labor laws. After the incident where they stole my daughters tip money due to a customer who left without paying and I reported it to the DM they only worked her one day a week for 5hrs for another almost year. When my daughter went in to tell them she was quitting the GM said “Awesome!” To a 15year old. Robert was a fantastic manager and even told my daughter the other managers were doing illegal things. I spoke with the District Manager multiple times. Eventhough she was aware some of the managers were doing illegal things it’s amazing they still work there. Zero repercussions at all. This store is a joke. At least twice a week others are posting their burnt food, wrong orders and other issues in our community groups. My daughter also told me they cheated on the summer competition to win an award they didn’t deserve to make themselves look better and that the managers who did so were very vocal about it. Sorry excuse for a Sonic.

Ordered chicken finger basket and chili cheese tots. Board said it was on the way and 10 mins later it showed up. Chicken fingers were full of grease and stuck together so the middle was still uncooked. No fork with the tots. Not sure what is happening to sonic but your slipping in the competition. Need to pick up the slack.

I go to Sonic everyday. I always get a large half and half tea with lemon. I did not know till today that you can’t order a drink, with food. I tried to order a Grilled Cheese Burger, with my tea.

Slow service, rude car hops and managers, takes 20-30 minutes to get your food. Car hops openly talk bad about other customers in front of the ones they are talking about to other customers. Lazy employees playing around in the front all while customers are waiting on their food. Corporate needs to come in and shut this down or do an overhaul on the staff with better training. This sonic doesn’t even deserve a 1 star.

I usually go to sonic on Dixie but I was by Walmart and was really hot so I ordered a slush from the one on hwy 288. So glad I did. There slush stayed frozen or slushy and crushed in my mouth until I finished it. I didn’t have to refreeze it when I got home.

I’d just finished working at a Habitat for Humanity house and was tired, thirsty, and hungry. I opened my Sonic app and ordered a cheeseburger with a strawberry limeade (two of my favorites). I really like that I can get extra tomato – that makes it more like a gourmet burger. I usually go to the Sonic close to my home and was happy that I could get my favorites at any of their locations.
