Went today at 4pm to get drinks and did a mobile order. The worst experience, and you need to find nicer staff! Said hello to the gal who brought my drinks, she didn’t say a word or even look at me. I said thank you, and again nothing!! Not a look, not a word! Rude beyond words!

Consistenly unreliable. This is a pic of the lettuce they put on my burger. When I asked for a refund they said no because I used the app . Never got my money back. The other day I asked for 2 route 44 Dr pepper they brought 2 small dr pepper.

Our order is either wrong, soggy, or cold every time we go. Drinks and Happy Hour is the only thing we go for now. So disappointing. Cold and greasy corndogs, stale mozzarella sticks… and when they say they’re writing your name down for a remake, I figure they’re scribbling on their hand. Four times now, and they always say “who did you talk to? Your name isn’t here…” Ugh!

***Updated: Changed my 2-star to a 1-star. Hair in my burrito this morning got me a free remake. Not refund offered! Just a free one next time. I can’t imagine going again. Gross!

The reason for the 2 stars is because of the afternoon/evening shift. They are horrible. Morning shift is the best, and I guess I just need to stop coming to this location in the afternoon/evening time. The morning shift needs to do random drop bys. It takes forever to get just 4 cups of ice. In the afternoons. SMH. Do better afternoon shift.

I used to go here every chance I could reasonably do so. The food was acceptable for a fast food restaurant, but what made me come back were the banana milkshakes. A few years ago, I quit coming back regularly after multiple visits in a row with no real fruit in the milkshake. The last 3 visits (over a period of many months) have resulted in poorly stirred milkshakes (I had switched to chocolate because I couldn’t stomach the fake banana taste). And, as a final insult, there is no longer an option to get the thin, straight french fries that I enjoy. The people working there are good, but the product is not. I’m not coming back unless I have no other option.

Food is bland. Or maybe it’s just this location. This place use to be a good burger joint now I’m nervous to eat there. I go once a yr. The burger meat be dull. Footlong is not good small amount of chili and weenie taste weird. Drinks are the best thing from here.

It was fine but I only got a drink. Not a fancy one, just Dr. Pepper Xtra ice. This was the 2nd time I went and their pay at the screen thing didn’t work. I don’t like giving my card to the attendant who then takes it away from me for a few minutes. My fault for not carrying cash.

The service was 5 – star. A co-worker wanted to try the new buffalo bites but couldn’t make her mind up if she wanted 3, 5, or 7. The lady on the speaker was very patient. For a moment, I thought we were at Chick-fil- A with the great service we were receiving.
