My wife and I stopped here for breakfast, pulled up in the drive thru. We had to wait a while before anyone could take our order. Pulled around and paid for the order, went to the 2nd window to get the order. I checked the bag to make sure the order was right before I pulled off because the last time we were there before and our order was messed up. When I looked in the bag and saw some of the order was left out, I got their attention and then I guess he was the manager came to the window and asked is something missing from the order. And, I told him what was missing and we had to sit for a while longer. Then someone else came to the window, and asked the same question, then we had to wait forever just so they can get it right. We said after the 1st time we would not be back but, decided to try it again. But, now after 2 times of messing the order up we will never never ever go back.
If anyone does go there, please check your bag before pulling off. They need new management in place and also replace the entire staff.

If we the customer BOYCOTT THIS SORRY PLACE, they will pay more attention to who they have in place to serve hard working customers. As a matter of fact, we as a people, the one’s who pay our hard earned money for sorry, no account, poorly prepared food should IMMEDIATELY BOYCOTT MCDONALD’S, NOT JUST ONE LOCATION, ALL LOCATIONS UNTIL THEY CLEAN UP THEIR ACT AND KNOW HOW TO APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMERS, AND HAVE THE RIGHT PEOPLE IN PLACE THAT KNOW HIW TO SERVE WITH SOME SORT OF APPRECIATION. BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER IS THE REASON THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.

Worst mcdonalds ever i dont know how they’re even open. They throw food together like they’re having a competition in the back to see who can make your food while standing the furthest away. The snack wraps come with a little drop of sauce on the very front of them unless you pay for extra than they decide to give you an entire tube of sauce on your order on one side so you eat it in one bite. Slowest food service ive ever had. Also the food was very obviously old. Fries were VERY old.

Service almost non existent at the service counter, 10 to 15 min waits for store orders, even when it’s literally empty. The whole crew seems to be working the drive thru. I,ve seen several customers just leave after paying and after waiting forever. When confronted, they don’t to be worried about it. as you can by their 2.5 rating it’s probably best to avoid.

This location is interesting in that…there is always a bunch of young people…with no apparent manager or person in charge. Some ignore you. Some will acknowledge you after fiddling on their phone and/or just chit chatting. Others appear like their elevators don’t go al the way up.
They are extremely slow with the service. The * slow* ones challenge you if you have several orders. I was told you already got your food – what are doing with more food? Yes…it happened. They are seriously comical- and I think it’s why I go back…to really check if this is real. I challenge anyone to go inside and order and just notice the staff and the service…it is a different kind of special at this location. Had a slow (sweet personality) one asked me yesterday if I was ok.. after I asked him if he was ok. It was honestly kinda funny. Where is the leadership at this place ?

It’s my fault, I gotta stop coming here & expecting change. I waited 10 minutes for a basic burger to come out with this all over it. I don’t know if it’s burnt sesame seeds, or what. I really don’t know, but I wasn’t taking the chance. (This was a regular burger, so the bun doesn’t even have seeds) It was on the bottom of the burger. It was half open in the bag as well. So that should have been my first warning. I don’t understand why it’s so hard.

Incredibly slow service no matter the time of day. In my experience, nine times out of ten an item is missing from orders from this location. Just ordered from this location tonight over the app for a mobile pickup order and still waited 15 minutes for my food upon arrival. The store was dirty and smelled very bad. When I got home I realized I had a missing item. I called the store to explain I was already home and did not want to come back to the store to pick the item up and would rather just receive a refund. I was told I would have to come back to the store to receive the refund. I will never be back to this location as it always under delivers with no redeeming factors. On top of all this, the fries I received tonight were unseasoned and very bland. The best thing about McDonald’s, the fries, were no good… which seems to be a very difficult thing to mess up but this location always manages to surprise me! At the time of writing this review, this McDonalds is at a 2.5 out of 5 stars. Honestly I’m surprised it’s even this high. I’m no fast food tycoon, nor do I claim to be, but if I was Mr. Mickey D I would personally visit this location and shut it down myself. How low do your ratings need to be before management steps in and does something about it? Unfortunately I don’t believe I’ll get an answer to this question but I do hope my review of this joint results in saving people the heartache of experiencing the absolute train wreck that is this McDonads!

Sorriest bunch of workers I have ever encountered. It’s my fault for going when I said last time was the last time. I ordered 5 pies, 4 large fries. Made me pull up to the second window and waited another 30 minutes. Finally came with just fries. Proceeded to wait even longer for the pies. Y’all want 15/hr?? That’s outrageous. It takes 3 minutes to fry some food. Every single car got there food. I was the only one waiting when I finally got it. No apologies, no offer to refund me. My kids could have went back there and done it faster. I have no idea how they are in business. All the employees have zero work ethic!!!

With one couple ahead of me I waited 30 minutes for a Big Mac meal for dine in. Time is estimated since none of the kiosks were printing receipts. Food was barely warm when it came out. By the time I left about 18 people were waiting for their food. Wasn’t worth the wait at all as I tossed most of it. Good luck!

Customer service used to be good, new staff now. I was in the drive thru from 12-10 to 12.18 car line, then got to the speaker, and I had to said hello, got just a moment, 6 minutes later, got the order, window took forever, later food and fries were barely none and not fresh, also hard. I’m a door dasher and frequent this McDonald’s myself, and no matter when I come there’s at least 7 people in the kitchen and only 2 are working 1 is always rude and never helps you. And then there’s the one who is crushing it and that was Christopher tn he was awesome. He worked on the orders I had while everyone else left them be. This McDonald’s needs to fix there act or hire new management bc workers like Chris are gonna leave and look for places where their time and energy is valued
