Visited Saturday night at approximately 9:15 pm. I was told they shut down their ice cream machine and were cleaning it. This was the second time this has happened in as many visits. The first time was probably 2-3 months prior, so either I have impeccable timing, or they shut their machine down “to clean” so they don’t have to serve customers later in the evening. If you are going to Sonic in the later hours, you are likely going for dessert. That is obvious. The manager needs to address this. If the manager is the problem, the owner needs to find a new one. I won’t be going back.

Good grief. Took over 40 minutes to get our order and it was still wrong! Numerous missing items, drinks that had clearly been sitting made for a half hour, cold/sloppy food. Just nothing good to say. The car hop didn’t say a word to us. No refund offered or coupons for next time. We weren’t expecting 5 star service from fast food but this was ridiculous.

Lately the service has been very slow. On my most recent visit I waited nearly 15 minutes. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and it did not have any bacon on it. The carhops do not say anything, they just hand you the food and walk away.

No one was taking orders at the drive-thru. It was after 10 am, so I drove up to the window and saw one employee sitting down using her phone, and no one walked over to the window to at least tell me that they were closed or not taking orders so I ended up going to Wendy’s.

And this is the final straw. Will no longer waste my time here. From waiting 25-30 mins or receiving cold food. Today asked for cheese fries and they hand me this. Cold disgusting fries and they slapped 2 slices of cheese on it. The person who took my order (Bill was the name the came up on screen) no help at all. Just said I don’t work the kitchen and wakes away. Just plain disrespectful. So else where.

One of the worst Sonic’s!!! The service is usually very slow and when they finally get to you the order is wrong! I went there once and there seemed to be only one person working and nobody manning the drive through, went there again and after several times confirming my order it was still wrong and they almost forgot to give me back my debit card! Something has to be done about this location it’s terrible!
