Fast, friendly service. Convenience of ordering from the app to get that half price drink lol! One thing, though, is that when I clearly select easy ice, they still fill the cup with ice. Not easy ice or even a regular amount of ice but extra ice. Maybe if I select extra then I might get easy? Idk.
