IT IS TO BE EXPECTED TO GET POOR SERVICE FROM THOS LOCATION! Shut this place down already! Not one time have I ever gotten anything even close to satisfactory! It always takes 20 min to get a completely messed up order! This time I went back to get a simple ice cream! Too expensive and not made right and took 15 min to get it! I was the only one there! And they didn’t have change (paid with a $10 bill) they had to go back in to get it and take another 5 min to do so… i think they were just hoping i would leave so they could keep the change! I’ve have far worse experiences here, this is just the most recent!

I was disappointed with the quality of the food, as all of the hot dogs from my kids’ orders were burned on one side. Considering I spent $69 on this order, I expected better. The food carrier, however, was very polite and nice, which I appreciated.

This place sucks. Absolutely sucks.
I ordered a number 14 a BURRITO. I got a taco that could be eaten in two bites.
Then I go back order another egg, and bacon burrito and I get a junior chilli cheese wrap. Make it make sense.
If you can’t read and cook correctly they need to put someone else back there.
Waste of my time, money, and gas. This place absolutely sucks, just like all the other reviews say.

This place is dead. A shell of what it once was many years ago. Obviously ownership is putting zero money into the facility. No menus to order from. Orders taking 30 mins in the drive thru line, and still totally wrong. Please close down, or sell to someone who would actually install menus.

Service here isn’t good. They took a long time to take my order, the speaker didn’t be work well and they didn’t prepare my Oreo milkshake right. They put all the toppings on the top and didn’t blend it we’ll. All the plain ice cream is on the bottom and the ice cream tasted old. I’m definitely not going to this Sonic ever do again.

My husband went there just today, ordered my usual slush that i get at this location every few weeks (coke slush w/ vanilla syrup added) and was brought a coke slush with vanilla ice cream… he asked them to fix it and they rudely told him he paid for what he got. As well as the fact that they gave tots when he ordered mozzarella sticks. We will not be spending money at this location after today….save your money and time, and go up mason to the next one sonic.

I don’t know why I even bother with this Sonic anymore. Today, I order onion rings, pulled the bag out and they are literally soggy and on a ball…not to mention the burger was cold and a bun drowned with mustard. Never again.

This place is pretty good over a year ago there were certainly problems but the new management is honestly way better and while SONIC food certainly is not the healthiest its pretty yummy. The service is funny too I had this one guy named Ja sail he was cool.
