The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. But whoever does their slushes puts way too many pumps of syrup in them. I always get the lime slushy and every other Sonic where I get them, it’s white, but at this location, it’s light green!! That’s how much syrup is in there. I can’t even drink it, waaaay too sweet.
I didn’t want to go back and get another one so I dumped out half and filled my cup with plain ice to dilute it. Not quite the same.

Absolutely my worst Sonic experience ever. Stalls were less than a quarter full yet it still took 27 minutes for a burger and tots. Barely an apology upon delivery. To top it off they got my order wrong. Wasn’t about to wait for a fix, just delt with it.

Was just charged 50 cents for extra pickles on my burger. Never had that happen at any restaurant… felt odd. Like why are you guys trying to nickel and dime people. Oh yea, a cup of ice is a charge to 🙂
Update:
After getting home to finally eat the food, I see that the onion rings were full of oil and soggy and the breading is just falling off the onion.

I unfortunately had to start my following review of this place for one main reason… Ice. Not the government agency, just cold, hard, frozen water. I ordered “easy ice” in my soda and what I got was a cup full of ice and about five good sips of soda. I am glad I didn’t order “regular ice” or else they might have emptied their ice machine into my car. Now I have to wait for the ice to melt before I can attempt to shake my thirst with the occasional sip of slightly Dr. Pepper colored/flavored water. To be sure, the water will be cold, but that’s not really the most important factor for me.
The rest of the food was okay, and the ice deliverer in the drive thru window was courteous and friendly.
This place is still the best place for me to pick up lunch without having to fight the traffic coming from the airport during rush hour, which is when my lunch breaks are.

I would like to share my experience with this establishment. It is currently 9pm. Today is 4/21/2025. I just left and the gentleman who took my order was very kind. I ordered online because they have a promo for a new burger. Well, online you are not able to add grilled onions. So I didn’t. A lady with a red shirt came to me with a very passive aggressive tone and told me that she was going to make it the way it’s been ordered online. I explained to her why I was unable to. I also told her I’d pay for the onion and bacon that I added. She just said okay and closed the window. It was like she made it seem as if I wasn’t able to pay for it lol. Not to be rude but… nevermind anyway It was more about her customer services skills (or lack there of) that was off putting. I won’t return but I felt the need to express her very nasty tone and look towards me. She needs to either be retrained or find another line of work. Anywho. Happy Easter everyone
Update: Welp, I just got the order and guess what after her disgusting attitude. The order was incorrect. They didn’t even give me what she came to the window aggressively to demand me to pay for. Zero stars for the manager, the gentlemen however did great. They just need new leadership
