My wife and I went to this location because we wanted a sweet treat. She ordered a small Dr Pepper float. When we received the float, it was full of ice as if they just poured ice cream on top of a regular Dr Pepper. More than half of it was ice. Egregious.

I just moved to Baylor as a transfer and have been going to this sonic for the past few weeks, and normally it’s just fine, but what the actual hell is this. I stopped using the straws at this location after the first time I came because they tasted so heavily of plastic that I literally could not taste my drink over it. Thank god I didn’t this time because I would have been touching it straight into mold? plastic? I have no idea what that stuff is but when I tip the cup over it’s hard and doesn’t move. It however does move enough to have some pieces show up at the bottom of the slush to the point that I stopped drinking it and instead dumped it out, only to be even more horrified and absolutely disgusted than I already was. Not to mention the fact that I waited over 10 minutes for what was supposed to be just a lemonade slush and I did not even get the drink I wanted. Normally I would have been okay with it but the wait, getting the wrong drink AND this is making me so incredibly angry. Now i’m contemplating all my choices of going there instead of getting a drink at home, and worried this may make me sick. This sonic is just a wreck.

i normally absolutely love this sonic and i’m only leaving this review so it hopefully won’t happen again, but i don’t recommend going up there 45 minutes before closing. :/ my grilled cheese was literally cold

I’ve gone to the Sonic on S. 6th Street dozens of times and they have been so short staffed and I understand that but I just spent $40 to have my order incorrect AGAIN! It seems like every time my order has been incorrect.

The wait was terrible!. The car hopper came out with drink with no cup holder? I order 10 different drinks- I asked her if they didn’t have cup holders ? She said yes, came out with with two cup holder and I placed my drinks in the cup holder. Then she was handing me the empty cupholder, I asked her to place my missing drink in it ?. Walked off mad at me ?!. Then came out and told me that they had to remake my order because they messed up my order. So I waited over 20 min for the other half of my order. Then – the oreo shake had no oreos taste- worst $45 spent here. Bad service overall-

Waited 30 MINUTES for 4 ice cream cones and a blast! They cleared the screen well before bringing it out, guess to help their time. Spent 10$ on the cones themselves and came out sad! The morning shift is amazing, but the evening crew was not. Lady didn’t even say anything to me after she handed me the stuff just walked off. Definitely won’t go in the evening anymore.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. TERRIBLE customer service. Person on the ordering speaker had an attitude after making me and my family wait 15 minutes after was pressing the button. I could understand if it was busy but it wasn’t it was slow and I watched as they took other people’s orders that were supposed to be after mine. Not to mention the fact that as we were pulling back to go somewhere else they decided to answer and when we asked for a quick moment to be able to pull back in they decided to no longer take our order. I will be contacting corporate about this!!!

We went up to the screen that wasn’t working. My brother and I ordered large combos and they only rang us up for one large side and both medium drinks. He ordered a chicken sandwich plain and dry, which is on the receipt, came with everything on it. Had a similar experience last time. Will not be returning to this location

Unfortunately, i couldn’t give this sonic a rating. Stopped by to get a drink around 1 in the afternoon, pressed the button, and on the screen, it read that the red button was activated, then waited over 15 minutes for someone to take our order. I would love to say it was because they were busy, but honestly, there were not a lot of cars there to explain that kind of wait. The employees could be seen through the windows, obviously playing and goofing around instead of doing what needed to be done
