Church’s Chicken dishonesty in their practice of their 10 piece meal(s). This will will be the 5th time that I complain about this issue. One time I could understand. Twice would be iffy. But 5 times at three different locations is a practice of dishonesty and deceit.
In their advertising and ON THE RECEIPT it states the 10 piece meal will consist of 5 legs and 5 thighs. Once (Converse) I received 9 pieces (short a thigh). Three times (Kirby) I received more legs than thighs (6 legs 4 thighs). But today was just outrageous and I will no longer ignore. I received 3 thighs and 7 legs (see picture). This is obviously a deceitful pattern. Five times is not an accident or mistake. Especially, 3 thighs and 7 legs is not an accident or mistake, it is purposely a deception. When called out on this deceitful practice, they will correct it immediately. But this BS dishonesty needs to stop. I have filed a complaint on their website. I’m also posting on YELP and Google. Let’s see where this goes.

Chicken was fresh, everything in stock, service very professional, fast and courteous. Excellent operation. The churchs by my house is total opposite so it was pleaseent to receive such good service where most franchises of a childhood favorite place has dramatically declined. Good job crew!

They have both regular and spicy chicken. The outside is crispy and the inside is moist and tender. Seasoned well and delicious. The does okra with seasoned well two and not soggy on the outside or hard. But okra is delicious too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And the place was nice and clean too. And the biscuit was buttery with lots of honey on it.

I visited the Church Chicken on Rittiman Rd. I was greeted with a smile and a hello my I help you and small talk as well, nice. Another gentleman filed my order. Wonderful and professional. Compliment Troven and Ivory I was greatly satisfied, that is what customer service looked like. The food was fresh and I enjoyed every bite. Three piece chicken with mashed potatoes and biscuit… Thank you.

The food is always fresh and delicious. Recently I had an issue ordering online because they were out of the smoke house chicken. So I called the store and spoke with the manager. She went above and beyond by sending me food delivery for the night and then came through the next day with the smoke house chicken that I love so much at no additional cost in person. As always this food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The manager is the best. She displayed amazing customer service going above and beyond. Thanks so much for the positive experience.

Time. Fries were cold and old, biscuits had no honey or a drop of honey and chicken was over cooked like you couldn’t chew through the crust/skin part. They were slow I guess that should’ve been my sign not to go.

I ordered a 3 pc mix and when I got the receipt it said dark. When I asked about it, they said white is a up charge no matter what. I’m okay with that! But I ordered a mix and a white should come in it. So they said well we don’t have a spicy white. No apologies, no honoring what I ordered. They just took it upon themselves to give me whatever they had. And the girls name was Zariah and refused to give me the managers name

Sooooooo, 10/22/25 440pm I pull thought the drive trough and order the 10 pc family meal with 2 sides and 5 biscuits and pulled to window and was told there is wait ok no problem, they ask me to pull to the front fine, I get off to wait while I’m standing in lobby they asked me if I been helped I say yes just waiting for the spicy chicken, I believe the managers name is Liz and there is three other gentleman in the back, when I over hear the gentleman breading the chicken say “ARE WE SUPPOSED TO BE COOKING EXPIRED CHICKEN” the manger Liz then replies does it smell!!! Like omg I was like wow what kind of response is that!!! So then the gentleman was like here’s the order of expired spicy chicken and the other gentleman says woah, there’s customers up front and and then the manager was like you can clock out and go home!!!! I really hope a manager sees this and addresses this issue!!!!!!! Hopefully someone reaches out to me because this is un called for!!!!!

Kudos to Kiana! After picking up my mobile order I realized there was a mistake. I was able to call right away. Spoke with Kiana and she was extremely helpful. My order was remade and they were nice and apologetic when I came to pick it up. My food was delicious! Thank you
