Well, I have to give credit where credit is due and this is the best Sonic I’ve had in several years. By far the best food I’ve had in Hillsboro yet. The food was fresh, hot and exactly the way I ordered it. The service was outstanding. I only decided to give them a shot after Chicken Express and Whataburger let us down big time. I will be back and, based on this experience, would recommend this location.

The food is good. Nothing wrong with the food. The runners? Some of them need to lighten up. I made a joke with a runner, when she was gave me my food. She was saying the order out loud. I told her no it was wrong, then immediately told her I was kidding and that the order was correct. She looked at me with no emotion and told me “I hate it when customers do that”. She handed me my food and she left. Not even a ‘have a good day’ or anything.

I HAD posted a decent review, but that was before I had gotten home and was able to really assess the order. Definitely should have checked it before we left. Missing our Tots and the “sauced chicken nuggets” were disappointing. Barely any sauce at all and literally about half of the order was just fried breading that was so hard my dog didn’t even want it. $21+ for food we couldn’t eat and I’m still hungry. Geez Sonic, do better please.

My experience at this Sonic was excellent. Stephanie took our order and informed it would take a few minutes to cook our order fresh. (It was about 10:30 pm) And I’m glad to wait for fresh food. She delivered our food with a smile and made sure we were satisfied. This was a very welcome experience as opposed to the place down the road that starts with a W.

I ordered a plain sonic cheeseburger and they forgot the cheese. How do you get a cheeseburger without cheese? I also ordered some sauces and they were not in the bag even when they charged me. Very disappointed

The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was no ketchup included with my order or even offered. I had to push the button and wait for them to bring ketchup back out. Burger was delicious, fried were good and crispy and Dr. Pepper was great and not full of ice. I actually got Dr Pepper with some ice, instead of ice with very little Dr Pepper. They are quick here, from the time I placed my order until I received it, it had been exactly 4 minutes. Restrooms are nice and clean. Car hops are fast and friendly. Great Sonic!
