This was my first time visiting this place and I have lived in TX over 16 years. The food was amazing. If you like FIVE GUYS, then you will love this food. Black Meg is a staple in my city. The food is always very seasoned and delicious. There’s always a wait time because their food is freshly made cooked to order but this is one of my go to spots. My entire family loves it here.

I just have to say if you’re looking for a SUPERB burger join then look no further than Black Megs. My ordered consisted of the Black Meg Deluxe & I recommend adding avocado and bacon which is a GREAT edition. Babe got the Redneck & completely loved it. In addition, I also ended up getting some yummy onion rings and a baked potato. Love this location WAYYY better than the one in Cove. Overall great food, great & friendly staff, & overall great place definitely left a HAPPY happy customer.

This small town feel homely restaurant is set up for social distancing. The server, Jackie, was extremely friendly! The food took about 15 minutes from the time my receipt printed until I received it. Food was hot, burger was well constructed, although the bottom of the bun was a bit soggy from hamburger grease. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. The “Meg sauce” tastes like mayonnaise with a bit of seasoning in it. It’s not bad, but nothing spectacular either. Priced well for a family restaurant. Definitely recommend!
