I went through the drive through very early Wednesday morning and ordered the French toast sticks COMBINATION meal. In my haste I did not check the order which I can admit but getting to work was my priority. Open the bag and surprise French toast sticks with no tater tots! I called MULTIPLE times to no avail. No one ever picked up the phone so the issue was never rectified. This food was for my son. I don’t eat sonic but if this is how you run an establishment it just solidifies why I don’t.

Burger is mushy and tasted like it was frozen. Bun was mushy as if it was wet/damp. The tater tots one huge greasy sticky mess.

So went to this sonic this morning and ordered a breakfast burrito and this foot long coney. I took one bite of the coney dog and immediately had to spit it out because of the rotten taste, and upon further inspection you can plainly see the discoloration of the hot dog.
This is beyond disgusting and should never get rotten food because if I had eaten this I would have definitely spent Christmas in the hospital. Do yourself a favor and if you order food from here make sure you check your order and smell it to make sure it’s not rotten.

Ordered a milkshake and it was delivered quickly and very professionally. Tasted amazing as well. Only problem here is some screens are hard to see

Had to repeat the order SEVERAL times. I’m glad there was screen with my order so I could correct it and make sure they got it correct. Took the 2 burgers home, and they used 2 pieces of regular toasted bread in place of the hamburger buns. I gave 2 stars only because I got my food fast.
I made the mistake of going back to this place…. And now they have 1 star. This time my order was really slow. I guess they used the extra time to burn my chicken tenders. I was already home when I opened the bag and saw the tenders we’re burned. I called the store and was told I would have to bring the food back to get a refund. I’m not driving all the way back which would cost more in gas than what I spent on the tenders….nice scam. The person on the phone was very rude, and told me “well we dropped them fresh, that’s why it took so long.” Well smart one, I wasn’t complaining about the freshness, they were burned in the fryer after you “dropped them fresh.” I guess this is going on my list of do not go back to establishments.

Hi, I’ve never received bad service at one of your establishments until today. I ordered a number 4 and a double stuffed Oreo blast. The male who took my Order was very rude. The male car hop was also very rude! My double stuffed Oreo blast had the consistency of A soupy milkshake. And his excuse was “we don’t have the control over that.” Also I didn’t even receive my receipt! I can the manager and she did offer to replace it, but that’s not the point I don’t want anything for free! I just wanted to be treated with respect.

If I could give zero stars, I would. To start, I’ve never been to this location and gotten a correct order. I’m not talking about a minor mistake…multiple times full meals were missing. Then when I tell the staff they forgot something in my order they treat me like I’m inconveniencing them. Maybe get the order right the first time? Then tonight we ordered chicken strips for my kids and they have definitely been sitting out all day. By far the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Save yourself the headache and drive to copperas cove instead

Today, I was treated horrible at sonic. I ordered my food and when she came out, I gave her my phone to make my payment. She turned around and just walked back inside. I asked her why didn’t she let me know she was going back in for the card reader and I laughed and said I was worried she wasn’t coming back out. She told me I should have to her I needed the card reader before and I again laughed and said I didn’t know because I don’t come to this one often. She went back in and told them manager I called her out her name. She lied on me and that made me so uncomfortable as a black woman to have a white lady lie on me.

This is the 1st time I didnt have to arrange all the toppings of a hamburger it was so perfectly made. Ordered 5 meals, came out fast, hot & correct! The carrier guy was very respectful!
