Carls jr. Used to be good. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches both had the thinnest chicken patties ever. Same thing happened at the alhambra location the last time that I went. I wont be surprised if this chain of fast food goes out of business soon. The food is very low quality.

I Love Carl’s Jr they have great food especially & I love their spicy chicken Sandwich taste good and the fries taste good as well & but there’s a problem inside Carl’s Jr I waited like a minute to order my food to take out. But the service took a little long and all that & the atmosphere was positive. I love to go to Carl’s Jr when I was a little kid but it’s gotta change the line gotta go fast but I like there food taste good.

Today I was greeted by what she said was the supervisor. I usually have great customer service when Julio is around. But today my order was taken but when it came to pay, the supervisor decided the drive thru was priority and left me there waiting to pay as she took 4 drive through orders. I worked for Carl’s Jr before and I know for a fact that’s not policy. Won’t be returning here anymore. Mc Donald’s is down the street

The food is fine. Taste like any other carls anywhere else but They gotta cook in the back that doesn’t understand what well done is for fries. The app offers the option . It happened to me three times here and they gave me cold soggy fries. It might be an inconvenience, but it’s part of their job so if you like cold soggy fries when you want well-done fries, this is a spot for you.
