There were insect eggs embedded on the bottom of my burger after I had eaten almost half . I was wondering what was the crunch. I was hoping it was sesame seeds but they weren’t and the bottom, that’s weird. I vomited several times. I want to vomit now. I called the health department. They did not do anything. So I banned their food from their restaurants, from my life. You should check the bottom , inside and top before eating anything from here and ALWAYS pray.

How did everything I ordered not get sauce I mean there was no sauce on the burger. There was almost no sauce on the hotdog. There was no mozzarella sauce for the mozzarella sticks. There was no ketchup for the fries like nothing was sauce. Everything was dry. how is that even possible? How did you mess it up that bad I am so fumed right now.

Would leave a better review if I got more than one mint for a 2 person meal. Common now. Sonic used to give out mints like crazy, now they so stingy the cheapest candy in the world is a commodity. Thanks now I gotta break my mint in half to share it with my other person.

Do NOT eat from here EVER. I ordered a triple stack and it ended up giving me food poisoning for a week straight. Avoid this one at all costs. Whoever their cooks are need to be replaced and their supply needs to be checked.

Waited for an hour for an app order. Pressed the button several times and was ignored. Called in and was told that someone canceled my order after it was sent in. Waited for another 25 minutes for my already purchased food, all while 40 or so people have either already gotten their orders, or have sped off upset for also being ignored and after all that they competely screwed up the order, the double bacon cheeseburger with no onions, mayo, or ketchup was covered in onions, ketchup, and mayo with no bacon on it. It was also cold and soggy like it was made over an hour ago. But if it was then why did I not receive it when it was made fresh!?

I have visited this establishment several times. I placed an order for a burrito. My order was made incorrectly. I had to walk in the rain to get to the door. When I got to the door I knocked several times and nobody responded. I saw the cook looking at the door while I knocked and no one came to open the door. I locked eyes with a worker coming out the door. He saw me standing there and continued to walk in without acknowledging me. I then knocked again and had to catch the carhop walking back in before I was addressed. I told him I just wanted my money back but I was very upset with this service today. I was given my money back with the sorriest apologize I have ever had in my life.

While everything is good the card reader is always down on at least 2 stalls and the red button will be pushed and then the stall resets and have to push again multiple times. I’ve eventually given up multiple times trying to place an order at the stall. The app is good and it isn’t down to much
