Ordered sonic double but mustard instead of mayo but also asked for light mustard bc too many times it is just saturated in mustard when I do. Guess, they decided to put no mustard at all this time.

Our car group was at this sonic yesterday and we were standing outside by our cars talking while waiting for our food, but then we get told we have to get back in our cars and leave once we get our food. We were all confused because everyone in the car group ordered and we were not being noisy just enjoying each other. We would understand if we were being disruptive and not ordering but EVERYONE ordered, all paying customers. We were going to tell them to cancel our order and return our money but a nice lady was already bringing our food. Safe to say we will never come back to this sonic.

We showed up in a fairly large group, in multiple cars. Everyone ordered food, we obviously all got our food at different times so we had to wait. As we’re waiting one of the staff members came out and very rudely told us we had to leave. We asked “even though we are all paying customers?” and he replied yes. We had 2 people that still hadn’t even received their order. So we couldn’t leave together. The staff member continued being rude even with our people still waiting in their order. Again, we all were paying customers, all being quiet, all not being disrespectful to the property or staff …… only to be told to leave when we were still waiting on food. Completely unacceptable and we will absolutely never return.

Our car group went to eat at this sonic Friday night and everyone ordered food and sat down to eat, we weren’t being loud or causing a disturbance and they decided to kick us out for no reason at all, one of guy was still waiting for his food as well. Very unprofessional for them to do that to paying customers and for no reason at all. We don’t recommend going to this sonic.

Why is it half the girls that work there ask if we want our change??? Seems as if they are just fishing for tips…..management should talk to them about customer service…then the girl gets an attitude when you tell them that you want your change.

This has to be the SLOWEST “fast food” place in the country. The 1st time I thought it was the drive through & the items I ordered, so I gave it a pass. The 2nd time I decided to order just an iced coffee and used one of the car “booths”. And still, it took 15 mins to receive my 1 drink! Literally ordered nothing else. And it’s not like it was busy, as 60% of the stalls were empty and the drive through had 3 cars. What exactly are they doing in that kitchen?! Worst of all, they don’t accept any kind of contactless payment. Their system is an odd mix of trying to be “high tech” while coming across ancient. This brand needs to learn efficiency from Chick-Fil-A. If you have all the time in the World to waste, go here. The only thing I won’t knock is the food, as it was up to expectations.
