First time ever going here, because I was given a 10 dollar gift card from my wife. Ordered a #4 with cheese fries and a drink. Total was $10.27. Gave the gift card and 2 dollars (17% tip). Server comes back and says the card doesn’t work, do I have another form of payment? So now I paid for a meal I never would have bought otherwise and am stuck with a worthless piece of plastic from the company that issues the card but won’t take it as payment. Serious bull! On top of that, the soggy fries and burger were Meh, at best. I highly recommend you DO NOT eat at this establishment!

Each time I order here they do not pay attention to what I say at all either they need to get an upgrade on their speakers or they should focus on what customers are telling them.!!! I have asked for my drink in a specific way and they don’t know what I’m talking about.! I have spoken to their manager and they said I have said it correctly in my order that he/she don’t understand why the staff are not doing the way I have asked for. Staff need to pay more attention on the orders and stop being in the phone during work hours.!

DO NOT work here and DON’T trust the managers. I was hired for $8 an hour + tips and stayed only about a week as my tips were consistently going missing, and I was being told I shorted the cash wallet even though I had two other car hops assist me in counting. I quit and now payroll comes in and it says $7 and David is lying about hiring me for $8. There’s camera footage to prove it but it’s a sole franchise with no other locations so there’s nothing that can be done when the highest higher up in store command is the one lying to me. Best I can do now is file through workforce and hope they’ll do an investigation but the money will look so insignificant to them I will most likey never get paid properly what I am owed. Don’t waste your time and energy here, it’s not worth it I promise you.

My chicken was burnt and more then likely served past its hold time it was chicken they already cooked and were holding and they just dipped it back in the fryer and served it like that. Seems like they let the water well where they hold their gravy etc go dry (no water) so the gravy was clumpy due to it sticking to the side of the pan and them just scraping it and mixing it with the rest of the gravy (that’s what causes the lumpiness) it had a burnt taste to it and a brown color to it. The toast bread was a piece they had already ran through the toaster and held it and re ran it through to warm it up and served it like that. I asked for sweet tea I got unsweetened. Didn’t get any of the condiments I asked for.
