They are the slowest sonic ever. We even mobile ordered and had to wait 20 minutes and go ask them for our order to get them to realize we were waiting. We ordered 2 drinks. They then gave us the wrong drinks after all of that.

Marla and her team at Sonic went above and beyond to help me celebrate the counselors of Northwest ISD. I was able to provide her team a list and she did the rest. 75 drinks were all ready on time, they were all correct, and they had even created labels for them! I will definitely keep this in mind when choosing where to get my frequent Sonic drinks from!

This location is notoriously slow but today they went above and beyond. I waited 12 minutes for a Coney dog, they guy behind me left after waiting so long, I would have done the same had I not already paid and no one came back to the window after I paid. The workers all seemed like it was funny and couldn’t care less. After getting back to my office and beginning to eat my food it was horrible, not sure why it took so long I’m assuming it was frozen and this unprofessional staff was unprepared for the lunch rush. There was only one vehicle in front of me when I ordered. I have been patronizing this location for 3 years, I work directly across the street but I will not be going back again.

stall 4 isn’t showing my order as it rings up. The person taking the order sounded kind of short as I was questioning what why it wasn’t showing up She said she’d help me when she came out. Waited at the drive thru speaker for a whole minute and no greeting or reply to us. We drove to the window and the lady kinda hid from us and we waited a minute for her to come to the window. We tried to order a single dragon fruit slush. She told us we needed to go drive back around to the speaker (which is broken and barely works!!!!) we just left they clearly don’t want our business and the service and attitude turned us off

this sonic is terrible i swear the world could end and id still be here waiting for my coney dog everytime i come here i wait 45 mins just for a few pieces of food while the workers twiddle dee and twiddle dum play around instead of actually doing there job. it is a disgrace and ruins all other sonic’s for me. not to mention the peices of hair found in food.

This place is for people who don’t want to step out of their cars. We ordered crispy chicken and cheese burgers. Order taker was rush because it was only him taking orders, however, he stepped out to communicate in person (very appreciated). Food was served hot but chicken was slim compared to the same item from McDonalds. Server who delivers to your car, just to deliver, don’t attempt to ask questions because you won’t be answered. Overall experience, not encouraging to go again unless as aI said, you don’t want to step out of your car AND it’s the only fast food brand nearby.

I’ve never left a 1-star review before, but honestly, even that feels like charity work. This is, without question, the worst Sonic on planet Earth—and possibly beyond. The wait times here could outlast a Taylor Swift album cycle, and when your food finally shows up (hours later, probably cold), the order is never right. Not once. It’s like they spin a prize wheel in the back and just hand you whatever it lands on.
Maybe the management from the Krum Sonic could take this one over—because clearly, leadership here clocked out sometime in 2019. At this point, my cat could run this place better… and she thinks the vacuum is an apex predator.
If this location were a drink, it’d be a flat Diet Coke served in a broken cup holder—with no straw, no napkins, and definitely no hope.
