I ordered a double cheeseburger and only received one patty. I also asked for marinara sauce and did not get any. I tried to call the store twice about 10 minutes ago for this to be fixed and no one answered both times. I’m very disappointed with this service usually sonic is great.

Love sonic had a bad experience today though. Ordered through the app, tried to check in when we got there and couldn’t so pushed the button and waited 5 minutes with no answer. So got out my car to investigate to discover no one was inside and there was a huge pile of receipts on the ground. So we called corporate and they (Kate) were very helpful and refunded our money. We left signs in a couple places stating it was closed and the corporate number that way no one else wasted their time like we did.
