Typically I don’t leave reviews but this Sonic breakfast is by far the WORST breakfast I’ve ever had. I’ve tried to give them multiple chances and every time they’ve shown me that it’s not a good place to eat. Mind you sonic food is expensive a burrito with 2 tots, a half of a sausage patty cut up and cheese isn’t a burrito but when I call and complain the lady gets smart. I’m not sure who’s the GM at this location but the food and service is HORRIBLE!!!! Mind you these pictures are different burritos on different days.

This sonic is the best. The food always tastes great and the drinks are delicious. The staff working here is always so friendly and in good spirits. My friends and I come here often and we’ve had lovely conversations with many of the employees here. This is by far the best Sonic location I’ve ever been to.

This location has friendly staff and one even came out to assist with the order when the kiosk display was not working properly (would not allow us to leave a tip via the kiosk).
The food was average – the hamburger did not taste fresh, like the patty had been sitting for some time. The Tater Tots left a greasy nasty taste after eating them. The cheese sticks and ice cream were great.

Should have known it was going to be a bad experience when an untrained car hop had to keep coming out to get order details because “the speakers don’t work”. Half of my order was missing even though it was put on the screen. When confronted I was told “I put it in but it’s not on the receipt” then was told I would have to re order and pay.. no I ordered it the first time. Not sure what was said from the untrained carhop Carlee but then an egotistic “manager” aggressively approaches my vehicle telling me my family and I had to leave. This is completely unacceptable and this location needs training on customer interaction.

Im a frequent customer, and usally never complain cause I also work in food service. But I just left from there after getting my two milkshakes and it’s literally just milk; like the shakes were made then left to sit on the counter, this isn’t the 1st time either. I pulled up to the window where I sat there for 10mins before I even paid, all I wanted was a good milkshake

Every single time I come here, it takes like 20 to 30 minutes to get anything done. I may as well go to McDonald’s and pay slightly less for some fried nutsack meat. I pressed the order button and waited for over 15 minutes, nobody did anything. So I went and downloaded the app. I put my order in only to find that they weren’t taking online orders through their app, likely because they are not managed well. I ended up literally hitting the screen after 30 minutes of waiting and they finally took my order. Very very pathetic. Sonic has been consistently terrible everywhere I am but the Denton location is the worst I have experienced in years.
Update: I came back to give them another chance. Ordered, among some things, a corn dog and a hot fudge sundae. They said the hard ice cream machine was down, and offered a hot fudge sundae milkshake. I said that was fine. What I got was a small cup of melted ice cream with some miracle whip on top.
I also did not get my corn dog.
You’d be better off fasting. It’s cheaper and more filling.

Forgets my fries and still wants me to come back for “free fries” when I never got them in the first place. I still paid for them so how are they free lol? The person that gave us our food was sorta hostile/ rude. I’ll just go to the other sonic down the block from now on.

Closest Sonic to my home and will never eat there again. I ordered through their app, checked in when I got there and my order quickly disappeared from the screen as if delivered. I waited a few minutes, pressed the button on stall and explained. The person who answered said they had my order, they were short staffed, and it would be out soon. A picture paints a thousand words, so here’s my foot long chili cheese dog. Our American dog was sopping wet with what appeared to be relish juice, and was inedible. It was as if intentionally done because I inquired about my order since it’s impossible for that to happen erroneously.
Sad, since I always tip well and am an understanding customer when things aren’t going as planned.
Just plain inexcusable.

I seriously paid $3.50 for this??? The cheese wasn’t even melted either. A Chicken slinger is only a few cents cheaper and is worth more than this. Sonic needs to figure out proportions becuase this isn’t on the kids menu.

I was there last night. Service? Slow… I understand that when I went there is was near closing time. Placed my order. Waited. I’m fine with waiting–I understand food service can be a bit taxing especially before closing. When the order was delivered, I did pay in full, and tipped the server. The rub…. the only thing right about said order was the soda. They forgot the side, and the sandwich was completely wrong. I found out that the side was forgotten upon pulling away. I called the store to let them know that they forgot my side. Okay…. long night…. I get it. I called the store to let them know. The receiver of the call did apologize for the error and told me that they had my order ready, and that I could come back by to get it. I declined. I called them to inform them of the mistake… I accepted it. Again…. it was near closing time. Mistakes happen. I’ve a small appetite and probably should not have chosen a side. I get home…. to eat what was given me. Again— long night near closing. The sandwich was also wrong. I ordered a country fried steak sandwich without lettuce— not only did I not get a country fried steak sandwich without lettuce– I got instead a double cheese burger WITH lettuce. Wrong sandwich, and they even messed the no lettuce request. So I went ahead and ate it… Why? Hungry. I accepted their mistake. That said… I’m Gen X— I realize that people may be having a bad day. Closing time is near….. And you just wanna finish the day. Granted. However—— you know what never mind— this store blew my order— the service was slow—- and I’ve feeling that they don’t even care— to also summarize— the order was wrong, I did pay in full, and tipped the server. On a scale of 1 to 10? Meh. The sandwich I got? Wrong. Meh. At least they got the soda right.
