We came here at 845 ish on 2/2 . Ordered 2 foot long cheese coneys , tator tots and ocean water with my husband . We saw one girl in her phone , the other cleaning and no one taking out orders for like 7 minutes . Then it took 20 to 30 minutes to even get our order bc the other cars that ordered more food than us got theirs first and they were there after us !!!!!!! Our food was not even cooked all the way and my husbands coney hot dog was almost green . Every time we come to this location, we get the worst service ! Even worst than the nastiest restraunt. That’s how awful they are . 0 stars if I could . Will never give them another chance . This is all their strikes

I have really tried giving this place a chance multiple times. I try to tell myself that maybe I just came on a bad day or that they’re just busy. I have worked in the service industry before and understand what it’s like to be shortstaffed and training new people. But today was just crazy. I believe the person taking my order may have been New however I had to repeat myself multiple times trying to be as patient and polite as possible. however, completely appalled by the fact that they must’ve forgot they were wearing a headset and said “something I couldn’t quite understand and then DAMN” pretty rudely over the intercom. I am now dealing with my 2yo and 5yo repeating that because they thought it was funny. When they came out to bring me my food the lady was somewhat rude as she handed me the food said she has your drinks and walked off. I assume the trainee handed me the drinks and then walked off without saying anything. Didn’t ask if I needed anything or even have a good day. My food was old as if it had been sitting out for a while and heated up in a microwave. I asked for a Coke with sweet cream and got a Coke with cherry, which I am allergic to luckily not severe. I liked this location because it was convenient. And some times I do get a worker that is nice and has great customer service. But majority of the time it’s someone with a bad attitude that can’t wait to get out of there or struggling to hear through the drive-through speaker box. However it seems to get worse and worse each time I highly do not recommend eating here.

I’ve given this sonic a couple chances and Im done for good. Everytime I go the order is wrong, and burger is cold, the team you have here needs some motivation or coaching because it’s like they don’t care. Never coming back.

Sonic is just not what it used to be. All of the food has the same funky flavor, like its cooked in nasty grease that should have been thrown out 6 months ago. This last time I sat for 7 minutes, waiting for 1 drink that i had ordered ahead on the app… if I hadn’t already paid, i would have driven off. Lesson learned.

This is the third time I’ve been to this sonic, and after two times it’s not just a coincidence. It’s extremely slow, but mostly the food is terrible. Our onion rings and cheddar peppers today were dark dark brown. The onion rings were so hard it was like they were cooked 3 days ago and stayed under a heat lamp. The chili tasted… off, to say the least. I can’t believe my family spent $40. Never again. I only gave two stars because the car hop was sweet.

I came in 08/05@ 09:57pm, I noticed all the workers were outside. Which is understandable because they didnt have any orders/cars, it took a bit for my family to order since we were deciding to what to order(10min passed). I finally pressed the button and the lady started asking what all did I wanted, I proceeded to tell her. Just for her to say hold on(since she was still outside) and made me repeat the whole order which by then it was still fine. But then she started signing(aggravated) I guess because I had a bigger order(family of 4).
Managers/Supervisors that is not acceptable whatsoever!!! It was still an 1hr before closing, customers are still available to come and order, there should not be any reason for that treatment! I left without proceeding with my order, scared that due to them being exhausted they might mess with my order..

Granted they were busy but I was very patient. I ordered the new chicken BLT and couldnt wait to try it. But what a huge disappointment. I think the chicken patty they used was made 2 days ago. You can tell by looking at it how dry and disgusting it was. I wish I could give ZERO stars!!! What a waste of $$$. Check your chicken before you leave there!!!

I stopped for breakfast the other morning on my way to work waited 40 mins lady was very rude taking my order and kept coming outside with food but had no idea whos car it went to… A few cars before me started leaving before their food was brought out and eventually I had no choice but to leave without getting my food because I had to get to work before I was late
