This Sonic location is close to my job, so it’s convenient for lunch. Although they got my order correct today, I haven’t been in weeks because simple orders get messed up. Accuracy is everything, and no one wants to spend their lunch break going back to have an order redone. As it is on the screen is how it should be when delivered.

Every chance I take on spending my money here I’m always disappointed. One of the worst places to order in forest hill. My ice cream is always melted and my son shake always comes out so light- vanilla. I even ask for extra strawberry the past two times but still comes out vanilla…..and my popcorn chicken is half way full …just so disappointing. Definitely no more chances.

I ordered 4 meals from this location 6555 Park Oaks, Forest Hill, 76140 @ $9 to 10 a piece. I spent $41.08. Two of the meals were chicken tender meals. I am very disappointed that they would serve me some overcooked, dried out pieces of chicken for both meals . I am sure whoever cooked the chicken tenders or the management at this location would not eat food in this condition. Please make sure that before you bag food for someone else the next time, that you make sure it is worthy of being eaten and if not throw it in the trash and prepare another batch cooked by a timer per food prep directions. I didn’t receive that favor but just maybe going forward this will help someone else who orders from this location and that you will take pride in food preparation of all menu items. Has your location ever thought about continuous bad food that’s paid for with hard earned money equals zero customers.

(Mini rant/review) I wouldn’t give it one star. I preordered my food for pick up between 10:10-10:15.
Got there at 10:04 they brought my order out early with a fresh burger and cold fries. It’s now 10:20 and I just received my fresh fries with a half way cold burger I don’t even want another burger at this point, I’m just hungry and irritated.
They opened at 7am, there’s no way food shouldn’t be fresh at this time.

I ordered on the app. They gave my wrong order. I called they said it was there. To get off and ask for Keith. They gave my another bag. It had my order labeled on outside but not my burger inside. I was tired and hungry so I ate it. This burger was small and no bacon. I know they were busy but that’s no excuse for wrong orders and bad customer service

Several of the stalls were not working. I ordered my food from the app which I thought would be faster and a little better. Ordered a med/fry which was about 8 fries and 4tots….smh. I had stop going to this location for a while because something was always wrong with my order. Today I wish I would have followed my mind and went some where else

Terrible service. Ordered a cherry limeade and it tasted so bitter because it had 4 big limes and about 5 cherries in there when there should only be one of each. Also ordered a oreo sonic blast and it was filled with mostly oreos and very little ice cream.
