Order: $6 American Smasher Meal with Groovy Fries and Diet Cherry Limeade and Small Poppers
I have never really had any issues with the food here, but the older lady with glasses and long hair (my ticket says Alysia, but I am not sure if it is the same one who gave me my food) is SO RUDE!!! She basically threw my order out the window to me to get me out of her drive thru. When I was asking for condiments, mid sentence, she slammed the window shut and started walking off. Then when I got her attention, she asked what I wanted, I told her and she quickly said “it’s already in the bag” then slammed the window shut and walked off before I could say thank you.
Well, just got home and the condiments I asked for are NOT in my bag!! I’m not happy with the way she treated me and not giving me ranch with my poppers and groovy sauce with the groovy fries…It was condiments that should go with the food anyway. I wasn’t asking for extra or anything out of the norm.
I come to this Sonic all the time and she is always very short and acts like you are bothering her by being there. Today just REALLY ticked me off to the point of this review. She should definitely get some training on customer service QUICK!!!

I hadn’t been to sonic in years but this location really changed my mind about Sonic. Our burgers were hot and delicious and our fries and mozzarella sticks were done fresh. I asked for ketchup but only received 3 packets. So if your like me about using a lot of ketchup on your fries. Please be specific on how much ketchup you’d like and also ask for napkins. We ate there and received no napkins. The food and service was . Will definitely go back to this location.

I started stopping by here on Wednesday afternoons when I pick my grandson up from school. This Sonic location is right on our way from his school to his home. Makes it very easy and convenient for Grandpa stop and spoil his grandson. Every time we have stopped our order has been filled correctly and the carhops are always very polite and upbeat. And the orders are always brought out in a very timely manner.

I come to this Sonic almost every day because it’s close to my kids’ school, but honestly it’s become the worst one to go to — and it’s not the employees’ fault at all.
The owners removed almost all the stall order machines, and the few that are left barely work. That forces everyone into the drive-thru, which makes the line insanely slow… sometimes it takes forever just to get a soda.
What bothers me the most is the stalls that do work don’t allow tips when paying by card. So these workers — who are out here busting it — are missing out on all their tips just because someone won’t fix or replace the machines. Most people don’t carry cash anymore, so basically the employees are getting screwed out of their money daily.
I tell the workers every day they deserve better. This place could be great if management actually cared enough to fix the machines.Hey it together for the sale of your employees!

The older woman working on the daytime staff is very rude and disrespectful. I nicely asked if they could clarify if they got a certain part of my order because it wasn’t on screen and all I got in return was her immediately snapping and yelling at me. Unbelievable. Especially during the holiday season. I told her to have the day she deserves.

1st time in awhile at this Basswood location. I asked for extra cherry syrup for cherry limeade and I can normally taste it at the 1st sip at other sonics, but I couldn’t on this trip. Kinda disappointed. Not sure if I’ll visit again. I might for another chance.

Stopped here for breakfast, not my usual choice but there was no Whataburger near, so I took a chance…why did I do that. I ordered the Breakfast Toaster Bacon Sandwich…tell me why the bacon is burnt….charred is more like it. Whoever the person is working the grill this morning, I would like to ask them if they would eat what they put together for me? I hate to waste money and on food. All you can taste is burnt.
I gave it a 2 star rating because at least Victoria in the drive-thru was friendly and seemed to enjoy her job. I won’t be back if this is the level of service output at this establishment.
