I used the app and selected drive thru. As usual, they had me pull up for curbside pick up. I reluctantly agreed ONLY if they agreed to close the bag and not carry it open through the store (by several customers and employees) & outside into the blowing seeds of Satan (white dandelion seeds).
After the lady at the window used her middle finger to “rub her eye” she said they could fold the bag. Big surprise, my bag came out open (you can see from the photo they didn’t even attempt to fold it down) and with cold fries. I didn’t ask for free food or an outrageous modification to my food, I simply asked them to use proper food handling and safety measures and that was too big of an ask I guess.

Workers in the kitchen here have full beards. No hair nets at all. I could just imagine the amount of hair falling off these beards onto your food oh no… not for me

They always forget stuff. Then they say they can’t issue a refund even though you purchased it online they want you to come to the store. I would suggest using another McDonald’s. It’s happened multiple times and they always say they will give you the food the next time you come in. I don’t understand how you’re just going to show two weeks later and say hey remember you forgot to give me half my order could you give me that now. What do I do about the people now that didn’t get their food?

Ordered the ranch snack wrap today, mmmm, it was cold, contrary to the sticker on the pkg that says “Hot, fresh, just for you!” Maybe cause I didn’t get there right after I placed my order in the app ♀️, regardless, it was a cold ranch wrap. It was ok, but hot would have been nice!!

Best McDonald’s experience we’ve ever had at any McDonald’s. The staff are all wonderful, I’ve gone twice in the past week. Both times with morning and evening crew we’ve had the best experience. They’re so sweet and friendly. The food was good too.

I hate that this drive thru always makes me pull forward to wait for my purchase. Even if it is a single cheeseburger or 1 small fry. One time I got pulled up for 1 small fry order. I argued with the guy at the window saying That I refuse to pull forward for 1 small fry. He said I’m pulling all fry orders to the front. So I pulled up and then waited an aditional 14 minutes for my single order or small fries. (they didn’t even come out warm)
