Really bad experience, if you like customer service don’t go there because they don’t have that. I had to re order my food because they couldn’t scan the card. I asked for a cup of ice and they couldn’t do that. They forgot my card didn’t work they wanted me to order it. Unreasonable service. Manager was a black lady who apparently didn’t understand to well. I left but I would never go there again

Went to this location twice within 2 weeks. Ordered via app ( no issues). Food came out on time and looks great as it should. Burger was great and cheese tots were covered properly in cheese and not short like other locations. I love my cheese tots.
Didn’t get a mint . Had onions on my burger to so we all know how the rest of the day went lol.
2-11-22: tater tots have seen better days. Not fully cooked, barely cheese and 1 tot looks like its from an older order. Ordered route 44 drink, i was in such a hurry didn’t realize they gave me large instead (partly my fault for not noticing right away).

Whenever I go there, it’s always this one lady who has a attitude with me. Also I ordered food from them one night; a quarter pound double, medium tots, and a medium peach slush. And they gave me two burritos instead. I paid 13.75 for it and they did not give me what I ordered at all and they refused to give me a refund or the me the correct order. And the manager there said that if I wanted the food she would have to charge me for it.

04/02/2023 Update: My wife and I order Sonic for our family. Come home and took a bite of my burger. It was my first bite and I felt something hard in my mouth. I spit it out and was a plastic bread tie. I called them right away and told Jessica the manager what happened. I told her she need to tell her staff to be more careful. It was a chocking hazard and that I was made. Nice car hoppers and food is always fresh!

I got chicken, chili cheese fries, a pretzel, and cheese sticks for me and my daughter to share. The only things that wasn’t disgusting were the cheese fries. The chicken was inedible. It tasted completely like oil and the chicken inside was like a brown color. They forgot the cheese for the pretzel. And the mozzarella sticks, the cheese was hard.
