Their app usually works and works wellI wish that it would let me pull up my favorite stores easier. This store is really fast about getting people out of their drive thru. If someone is at the window and I’m behind them and I did a small order or a mobile order, they will bring me my food so I can get out of the line, and i really like this

I wont say the entire staff is terrible, but a staff member was awful. A tall caucasian gentleman’s customer service was terrible this evening. I did a mobile order with 5 drinks. When i pulled into the line I was the 3rd car from the window and i was brought 4 drinks out of the 5 i ordered by a young lady. So i waited, and waited she never checked back with me especially being if i had everything i needed i wouldve pulled off like the car infront of me which was 2nd from the window. So after several minutes went by i went up to the side door to knock for assistance, and thats when i was approached by the gentleman that approached me by dismissively saying what do you need and gesturing his hands and shrugging his shoulders as if “what do you want” like i was bothering him and i said “ Im missing a drink” he rudely responded “well what was it” very unprofessional and seemed very lazy. Customer service is everything. Please do better.

Decent food, but the staff is just terrible. Three times I’ve ordered food here and each time when I ask for something specific, they say they will do it but don’t. I might ask for a specific condiment or something added to my food, they will confirm it then when it comes to getting my order, they never fulfilled my request!

This time I wanted a cherry-limeade with extra cherries added. They confirmed this at the speaker, then at the window I asked for the cheese sauce that goes with the pretzels and the server said no problem.

Make it home and no cheese sauce and just one cherry in my drink!

Look if you’re going to saw you’ll add it to the order then do it!!! I’m just going to drive the extra miles and go to a different location, even if this one is close to my home the next time I crave Sonic!!!

Been to this location many times and always a great experience!!! Love the Red Bull slushes, glad they stayed past the summer!! Staff is always nice and food is always great!! Thank ya’ll, you are appreciated!!

Drive Thru was backed up with 12 cars so I went in the dining room. The front counters, registers, tables, and floors were filthy. This wasn’t one days mess. The cashier was sucking on a straw while drinking a red drink and talking to the other employees. The conversation was about her personal life not work related. I approached to place my order and waited for her to acknowledge me. I placed my order and she was still drinking her drink. The only words she said to me was “anything else”. No hello, May I help you, No Thank You. Horrible customer service. I ordered chicken strip dinner. The chicken was so over cooked I could not find any meat. The tater tots, bread, and onion ring were cold. The single burger was old and over cooked, the bun was cold. The onion rings had obviously been sitting because they were limp and cold.

They dont even deserve one star… I ordered a route 44 regular lemonade not even supposed to be carbonated and a cherry limeade. They made the limeaid right but put sprite in the lemonade that my girlfriend ordered. Shes allergic to anything corn and is now on her way to the hospital with a swollen tongue because they cant ever seem to make orders right and look at you like your bothering their buisness day….

I come here about once a month since it opened. Some days are better than most. As for today’s visit like a lot, the burger patty was not cold, but cool. And there was a very large lack of bacon( as you can see). I mean, if 1 strip of bacon cost $2, I’m in the wrong business! Lol
So all in all, the reason for the 4 star instead of a 2, is because the chili cheese tots are always on point!
So with that said, it’s up to you what you choose. Could be your day, or could not be. Never know …
