This is by far, the best Sonic I have ever been to. Friendly staff, best General Manager, and great food/drinks; even during the most busy times I go, after large events in the area let out. Glad there is somewhere in the area to eat, if I don’t want to drive to town. It is worth the small wait, if they are getting swamped with customers all at once!

This has got to be the absolute worst Sonic there is . I just went thru the drive thru and I get Hello excuse me what . What happen to Good morning how may I help u . The girl in the drive thru absolutely rude and doesn’t need to be in the drive thru . Whoever is training the employees they need to be fired as well . My gosh your Job is Customer Service I know hard to actually be nice and kind . Do better. Will not be coming back to this Sonic nor this absolute rude store either .

I have ordered for mobile pick up 4 times now. Each time I have arrived and checked in at a stall it has taken 20+ minutes to get the food. All while the drive thru is moving smoothly and quickly. Absolutely terrible service. No other Sonic is like this and its consistently a problem!
Imagine this. You are waiting on your order and at the same time there is a person 30 minutes away, driving on there way home undecided on what to eat. That person will make the drive to Sonic, place an order in the drive thru and get their order before you. They were not even near the restaurant at the time you arrived with an already placed mobile order and 30 minutes later still got their order before you. That is insane!!!!! And it happens all the time!!!!

We ordered two Sonic blast. A turtle truffle nut and an m&m blast. About 5 bites in all it is, is a cup of ice cream. Pay all this money and go out of your way for a special treat to get just a small cup of plain ice cream. This is not the first time this has happened we figured we would try again but because it has happened again I decided to leave a review so maybe something will be done about it. Posted is the picture of what we got after 5 bites of our blast.

Literally the SLOWEST Sonic I have ever visited. Placed the order on the APP before arriving and it took 15 minutes to receive 2 DRINKS AFTER ARRIVAL. Never stop here. Don’t be deceived by the clean pretty exterior.

Food quality is very low. Several menu items literally taste the same. A French fry tasted just like a cheese stick, which tasted just like the bun from a burger, which tasted like their hot dog. The hamburger cheese didn’t melt. It remained as if it were plastic with the same plastic texture as plastic. Drinks are all so syrupy and sugary. Ice is their best menu item. Cost is extremely high for such low quality.
