Nothing says “fresh fast food experience” like pulling into Sonic at 9pm and immediately getting crop-dusted by a cloud of cigarette smoke.
Before I could even place my order, I was marinating in secondhand Marlboro like it was part of the combo deal. Employee out back puffing away like they were training for a chimney sweep competition. I came for a burger and tots — not a nicotine baptism.
If I wanted my lungs seasoned, I’d have asked for the “Smoked #1 with a side of Regret.”
Love Sonic’s food… but maybe let’s keep the only thing smoking the grill and not the staff five feet from customers trying to breathe.

Wife and kids went through to grab lunch today, as normal the kids wanted something to dip their fries in and the wife wanted something for her chicken bites. She was told by the get that brought her order out that all he could offer her was a single packet of sauce because they weren’t allowed to give out sauce anymore.
Glad theirs plenty of other options to eat around town!

The food was a good sonic burger but they put on tomatoes that I asked them to cut. This is the only issue I had with this location.

We doordashed and our Dasher, said that the sonics said their girls are down, then we called sag, and talked to the manager, and the manager said that the girls have been app all day and that our order is not even through and we even had the order pulled app on our phone, do not go there. They are horrible customer service.

Very rude port customer service. My card was having trouble swiping so instead of the carhop taking the number down to enter in manually (which if it’s against policy, fine.) she tells me keep the drink very rudely and throws the food away even after me suggesting I could just order through the app to pay online then. I then had to wait another 15 minutes on my new online mobile order I had to place. When I checked in for the mobile order I even told them ahead of time don’t bother making the drink because I already had it but I still wanted to pay for it and what do you know they send it out anyways. What a waste of food and everyone’s time!!! The second carhop was very sweet though..

South main is WAY better.
I ordered 2 drinks… 2… Place was not busy. Maybe 2 vehicles before I ordered my 2, drinks.
Sat there waiting while several more vehicles drove in, ordered, and received their food. Like 20 minutes waiting for 2…. Drinks.
In my opinion, You are worthless North Main Sonic. Corporate is aware.
