I ordered 2 Jr. Double Cheeseburgers and was handed 2 of these instead. They are single meat “Slap-patties” as I call them cause they were just slapped together. I used to love Sonic but here lately I don’t know why I even bother. The food has been horrible at this location and the service just as bad! These single meat cheeseburgers were lathered in so much mustard and ketchup they were inedible! When I called down there to point these problems out, I was basically told that without a receipt I ended up with what I got when I wasn’t even provided the receipt! I am very disappointed with this place now. If I could give it 0 stars I would! They should change the name from Sonic to Chronic because the place is total poison now! Won’t be going back!

If i could give zero stars I would. Just left there and got all the way home ready to enjoy my banana shake only to take a sip and be met with peanut butter. How you get the two mixed up I dont know but now im stuck with a shake I dont want because im not going back just to get it replaced. When someone is ordering please make sure you can hear the order and repeat it back to avoid mistakes like this.

Simple order of a Strawberry Shake hence STRAWBERRY. I just received either a Vanilla shake or cup of whipped cream. Tastes like nothing but blah foam. When I dumped it there was nothing pink (Strawberry) about it. So it wasn’t even in the bottom. Negative I should’ve went to the other location it’s always good.

If I could give negative stars I would. We frequent sonic and this location is failing fast. We ordered 4 chicken wraps, all of which the tender was way overcooked, there was a small squirt of the sauce that goes on it and a couple pieces of shredded lettuce. It was all tortilla. Ordered drinks with sweet cream, and recieved the drinks with no sweet cream which is an every time thing. They are stealing your money by not adding the add ins and thinking you won’t notice. Ordered a cream slush and the ice cream in it was spoiled!! Will not ever go back to this location.

I don’t eat this way very often but, when I do, this is one of my go-to places. Great ice cream desserts, great burgers, chili cheese dogs, I can go on but everything else is really good. I really like Sonic and it seems like most other people do too because it’s always busy. I recommend using the app and just going to picking it up or having it ready before you get there.

Ordered a cheeseburger onion rings and fries. Got them home. No meat on burger. Onion rings looked like a week old and way over cooked with two tablespoons of grease in sack. Soaked in grease. 6 fries in the holder. This is not food someone would eat. Went back and showed them and the manager said the money will go back on the card 3 to 5 buisness days. Will never go back. Wouldn’t suggest this sonic to noone. Terrible. Wish I could post pics.

I am a very frequent customer at Sonic. I have provided several reviews at stores across Texas. Today was quite disappointing. I only ordered 1 item. A Route 44 Strawberry slush. Added easy lemon
I waited 15 minutes before a carhop brought me my drink. Ok. The attached receipt was correct however it was a limeade. I called them and advised this. I waited 10 more minutes before the corrected drink arrived. I specifically stated “does this have strawberries. And lemons. Oh yes sir she replied!. My drink barely had 1/4 tsp of crushed strawberry. It did have 5 lemon wedges though. It is clear this store
needs more training. I will return, hopefully with great reports.
