Very disappointing and discriminatory experience

I went to Sonic and had a very unpleasant experience. When I tried to order, the employee refused to assist me just because I don’t speak perfect English. They completely ignored me and served other people who arrived after me.

I felt discriminated against and treated unfairly. I live here, I pay like any other customer, and I deserve respect. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and honestly felt racist.

I was only trying to order food. I truly hope Sonic trains their staff better so they can treat all customers with respect, regardless of the language they speak. Very bad experience.

The WORST Sonic Ever, we order on line got there put in the number in the app and the girl was walking to each car asking what we order they had no clue what’s so ever cars were driving off, 20 mins gone by we get something wrong and we call the girl and she just walked away from us. This is the worst place but know management is not going to do anything about.

I will say the new night manager with pretty eye brows has made my experience with that sonic a lot better. The employees are always smiling you can hear music sometimes . he’s always directing his employees. He works with his car hops bringing orders out. Such an adorable personality. They need more managers like this. They answer the mics friendlier they don’t look like they all hate their jobs.. that manager has made a big difference in my experience.. who ever he is. They need more people like him. Or have him

Let me start by saying they were closing! None the less I ordered a 3piece chicken strip dinner. No gravy, I asked for fries and got cold tater tots, the chicken strips were burnt, and they just tossed a piece of bread in the box not even toasted!

I always have bad service, they serve me in a very bad way, (I also work as a cashier in a restaurant I know how to treat a customer who is always friendly and helping with the menu), this is the second time they treat me like this, the cold food and they take a long time.

I love Sonic, but this visit was a total disaster, 20:30, 9/16/23! We pulled in to order and were the only vehicle present. Placed our orders and the order was ready in record time, which was surprising. We took the order home and ALL the food was cold. Not even warm! I’ve never had that problem before. Only thing up to par was the ice. It’ll be quite some time before I trade with this location again, if ever! So disappointed!

It up’d by a dollar So a dollar for every order a day that’s a spills couple hundred dollars STOLEN A DAY FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS WE DONT APPRECIATE THAT ONE BIT I pressed the button and told her and she acknowledged what she did apologize. It’s now been 5 minutes since the screen said Denise was headed my way. No Denise yet. Get your act together. Brought the bag asked for ketchup she said it was in the bag that was a lie girl go get me some and quit lying. Brought it out handed two to me and walked away. No thank

Horrible service, not only did the my order take forever to be brought out. When the bags were handed to me the bags were wet from the bottom. And I mean soaking wet. One cheeseburger was missing the cheese with old bread! And the other burger seemed to have came out of the fridge! Cold and old. I asked for a manager. And he didn’t even apologize. This location has gone down hill. Will not be back, nor will i recommend.
