The food here was stellar but nothing to write home about, except the Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks. If you’re into insane cheese pulls like me, you can’t go wrong with them. I got the steak fajita which was really good in regard to flavor, price, and quantity. I really like how much portion of steak they give you to fill up on. We also did the triple dipper which consisted of the Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks, bone in wings, and big mouth bites. Now I do wish that it came with a little bit more than what we got for the price, but the food was fresh and hot. The wife got a salad which looked plentiful as well. I then got a spicy margarita which was pretty good for Chili’s. Total including tip came out to $100 which is understandable in today’s economy, but it’s my fault because the drink itself was about $10-$15. Also worth to note, they aren’t that high staffed so expect a little wait for service.. but the current servers they have are phenomenal and will serve you very well. Will come back again.

My family and I had a delightful dinner here yesterday evening. The gentleman who greeted us at the door was both professional and welcoming. Our server, AJ, provided excellent and friendly service. My son thoroughly enjoyed the Chicken Crispers Combo, my husband chose the Nashville Hot Chicken Crispers Combo, and I decided on the Ancho Salmon. The salmon was cooked to perfection, with a wonderfully crispy exterior and a tender interior. While the accompanying broccoli and rice were quite good, I might suggest a slightly more generous amount of sauce for the salmon to better complement the drier side dishes. The atmosphere was perfectly suited for a lively Sunday evening. Highly recommended.

Went with the family and I was not very happy with the service. First I asked if I could watch the basketball game from my table and was told not at the moment. So I had to watch from across the restaurant not to big of a issue. Second 5 of us ordered drinks and only 4 came out and everyone was almost finished with there drinks before I was asked if our waiter had forgotten anything in which I replied yes my drink. But then I received my drink with to much syrup or something thick in it to then I tried the other drinks and they were not the same? Third was the food. We all ordered at the same time and again I did not receive my food until everyone else was done with there food? Not sure why but dissatisfied was I after this meal. Probably not going to try for a bit now. I got the sizzling chicken and shrimp fajitas and they were last to come out and the chicken was still cold cause it was on top of the vegetables and shrimp which did not allow the chicken to heat up? My son got the chicken strips crisper and his plate was not like he was use to seeing. He asked right away were are my fries? My son in law got the surf and turf and he was very excited till he cut it and medium turned into well done? Wife got the mushroom burger and she was smiling giving the thumbs up but was wondering where was my food? Our daughter ordered the same as her brother and there pictures or not the same? Over all not happy at all. I been coming to this establishment since 2019 and this was my worst experience here. Not sure if I want to try again?

My 3 friends and I (all women from 65-78) had a great experience at Chile’s Los Lunas NM tonight. Food was great and our waiter Jason was fabulous! Very attentive and fun! The manager was also very personable and friendly. We highly recommend this Chile’s and Jason especially!

Asked for my steak temp medium and it came out extra well…… obviously sent back and it was now just well done. I didn’t complain. I just ate it. I dont order sides just the steak cause a 10oz sirloin at medium temp is perfect for lunch. The waitress saw me eating a well done steak and comped it.

I was worried about dinning at this restaurant again after I read several negative reviews. Yes, the restaurant is understaffed there were only 3-4 servers when we went in, and the atmosphere felt like a ghost town. Because of this, although there are many tables available, you will not be seated immediately because only 10-15 tables are open to dine in. We had an excellent server. Once we were seated, she came immediately to take our order and the food was cooked right. She was attentive to our needs even though she was running around helping the other servers. We were very grateful, I can only imagine how overworked she might have been. I would say don’t come to this restaurant if you’re not a patient and understanding person. I think they’re doing their absolute best with the staff they have and I saw a lot of ‘now hiring’ signs all over the restaurant. The staffing shortages they are experiencing, are beyond their control. We had a pleasant dinner and we will visit this restaurant again.

We had a long wait for our food. Our waitress,(Kaitlyn) was on pointt trying find why the kitchen wasn’t making our orders. She,(Kaitlyn), was attentive, she had her manager (Hanna), comp our meal. Ok,this is a far and away better experience than ive had at this location for say 5 years. My server was wonderful, attentive and upfront about not having any lemons. The, I’ll assume manager came over and said the same thing about the lemons but joking said if we want to go get them at Walmart we would be out on the clock. Food was really good and we were well taken care of. If service and staff humor is like it was tonight we will go back more often.

I haven’t stopped at this chili’s in quite a while, so we stopped in for lunch, and I could tell something was different from the start from the attitudes with the employees,how empty a lot of it was,we should have left but I was hungry and we were already there so we got a table. After the waitress took our drink order, it took her a while to bring them out,I sent in an order for chips and salsa and dip, which was a bad idea because the salsa tasted like tomato sauce and the dip tasted liked refried beans but our drinks were good,we get our order finally and his burger wasn’t cooked right,the fries could stay in the fryer a little longer and my chicken was a bit dry but I at least had ranch lol then I had messed up because I first placed my order I didn’t know what I was getting myself into yet,I had placed a order to go and I was stuck with it but once again ranch came to the recuse lol I will give them credit for the cheese cake,that was bomb now wherever they got that omg that was great I will always give credit for how clean everything was,great job
