This is a small Sonic inside Texas Best Smokehouse. They have the normal sonic offerings and a small seating area. It is very convenient on the outskirts of Fort Worth.

Got a very simple order, 3 grilled cheese sandwiches, one with pickles. And an order of the French toast sticks. What I got was 3 bread sandwiches with zero cheese and the bread was even burnt to hell. And instead of frech toast stick I got some sort of chocolate filled pastry bites. 0/10 not coming back.

Ive had bad luck with sonics lately, and this sonic finally got me what I needed. The last few times I had gone to different sonics I always got the garlic butter burger. Never got any garlic sauce the last 3 times. But this place made it perfectly. The service was great and everyone was friendly. Very satisfied. Despite it being out of my way I’ll keep going to this one.

Terrible customer service, won’t be stopping by until there is new management. We ordered 5 drinks, with 4 meals and they put all the food in one bag. The lady handed it to me with one hand so I grabbed it with one hand at the top and in the movement of the bag, everything dropped on the ground from the bottom. You can see the rip in the picture.
I asked the lady who took my order if they were remaking it. She told me they were remaking some of it, but not the wrapped burgers and asked if I can pick them up. I can’t believe any national chain restaurant would even suggest that their customers eat food off the ground when they clearly made the bag too heavy. After the fact, I’m now wondering what unsanitary things might be going on in the kitchen for that to be an acceptable solution……
I talked to the manager, and she insisted that it was my fault and that they were loosing out so much money by remaking our food. The lady handing us our order reiterated that it wasn’t their fault again. And when I checked that we got everything we ordered, I realized we never got one of my drinks, so I got yelled at that I was taking advantage of them. Sorry ma’am, I’m just wanting the food I ordered, but didn’t get.
I’m praying for them tonight because they must have a lot going on in their personal lives to be so rude to their customers. Their absolute refusal to take any responsibility is next level for making two mistakes that, at any other establishment would not be considered a big deal. God bless, and I will steer clear of this place.

I used to like going to this location, but today I made an order for a slushie and a couple other items. The food was definitely not hot, but I ignored that. However, the slushie was melted. So I asked for it to be remade since it was melted and they took it from me. They then provided me with just ice, no flavoring or anything. I again asked for help and they would not help me, in fact they yelled at me and told me that I had complained many times before and they wouldn’t help me. (I’ve never seen this person and have had pleasant experiences before this with other employees.) to be fully clear I was refused help by each employee. Worst experience I’ve had at sonic.

What can I say the kids behind the counter surely don’t know how to take an order and more so don’t know how to cook.
I asked for a sausage and sausage breakfast sandwich combo. The egg was over cooked and dried and the sandwich had bacon but no sausage and the sandwich was cold. No good here . The store was great but not the restaurant

Food is great the children that work on the other hand make it unbearable. The girl had a 10 minute conversation with the young man in front of me about there friends. Then she turned out the lights while I was eating and made my friend wait to order while she made a personal call. I will not be eating here again ☹️

Don’t attempt to get service after 9:30 pm. Supposedly closes at 10:00 pm. But I guess that’s when the employees want to go home. Second time they have refused me service before closing time. Will not go back.

Trash. They made my order wrong twice in a row, then had the nerve to say I should checked it again to make sure they made it right. The order is right there in front of their faces on what to put on the burger. Why should I have to check my order to begin with? We literally pay them to do what they were hired to do. I’m not a sonic employee, so I shouldn’t be building my own burger and fixing their mistake..twice in a row.
