I came in and there was no one behind the counter, after about 4 or 5 minutes someone came out of the office and took my order. After I ordered I went to use the rest room and found pee all over the toilet a d some of it was even dried on! There was also no toilet paper or soap left in the dispenser. When my oder came up half my order was forgotten and i had to remind them and ask for the rest. I ordered the avocado tomato and back sandwich and some snackin bacon, the snackin bacon was cold and very burnt and there was maybe half the bacon in there that there should have been. My sandwich wasn’t toasted and was half made and cold! This is what my sandwich looked like! I was very hungry when i stopped here and i left very unhappy. Im extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience here. Would not recommend.

Ordered online, they did not have product available. They said they couldn’t not refund me and I had to contact customer service via the online app. Kind of a pain so just know that if you order online and it says available, it doesn’t mean it is available. This store in particular is often out of products anyway so prob not best to order/pay ahead.

Usually this place makes my drink perfect and it looks like the picture. Today my macchiato did not have an extra shot of espresso in it, did not have whipped cream on top of it, had an absurd amount of caramel flavoring and as I was heading into work it started my day with a bad taste thanks.

Short staffed considering the breakfast rush, and the lady behind the counter couldn’t hear well because of the earbud in her ear. She also has a bad attitude about making the orders.

This place is an absolute joke. What once used to house a Baskin Robbins and make donuts for the area is just a shell of it’s former self. On a daily basis the facility is out of items that Dunkin’s has advertised. Today, for example, they were out of crunch donuts, jelly sticks, strawberry refreshers, sweet bacon sandwiches, sourdough for sandwiches. At that point we left as it became an exercise in stupidity to try and guess what they actually had on hand. This also was at 8 am, so please don’t think and extended day of busy service is a problem this is purely lack of stock. I don’t find this to be an issue of everyday employees either. This crew shows up and does the best with what they have. This is a management and upper management issue.

I used to go here alot but ever since they stop doing the drink I usually get at this one but not any other ones I usually don’t stop here. But I stop here once in a awhile to get my gf a drink and I will pick something up for myself but after today I think I will just go the extra mile or so to get my order. Told my order not once or twice but 3 times and yet it was still not right. Only found out as I got home. If you can’t take a simple order please have someone else take it. And please always read back the order before you make it. Definitely avoiding this dunkins
