Went on a hot day out for a refresher. Asked for limeade light ice. A few sips it was done and turns out the weight of the cup was all ice. $4.32 for ice. Just go to a gas station you’ll get a large drink and a whole bag of ice for this much

Food is always cold and took 30 minutes to receive a shake that came totally melted and a slushy the came as water down powerade. This place has gone downhill and does nothing to fix the horrible service. I gave them multiple chances to get things right and they failed every time. I even tip this pla e and they don’t care… Not going back.

Ordered a route 44 Dr. Pepper with burger, the drink was watered-down and was flat all I tasted was water. The burger had a sweet yet sour taste to it I could only take 2 bites, it got me super sick and I will not be returning to this sonic again.

Food and drinks were good as always, but the fact that I got asked what else do you want after everything I ordered got annoying real fast. How about teaching your staff to upsale items instead of interrupting and maybe at least act like they enjoy their jobs.
