Stopped by this sonic to give it a shot! Gotta say my smash burger was amazing!!! The carhop Sophia was super quick and super friendly! This sonic was clean props to the staff!!!

My small breed service dog and myself stopped here while visiting Texas (where I use to live)
My dog had recently learned about DQ pup cups and was patiently waiting at the window, even letting our a sigh of “I really hope my mom got me something good” as she waited
The sweetest car hope walked thru the door and up to my car and sweet Linda nearly leaped out the window onto the tray
Linda did not even bother with my cup, she knew right away which cup was hers
The carhop asked for permission and approved her letting Linda have the cup to which Linda carried it to her seat to eat it
Oh yes, Linda later told me she bar prefers the Sonic treats to the DQ pup cups BUT is thankful I got her both so she could know what she likes best
My drink was awesome, a diet blue raspberry lime aid

It’s Sonic. Basic fast food and a gamble with what kind of service you’ll receive based on which teenagers are running the place. I went there at 10 pm and got a corn dog and a chili cheese coney. Both were surprisingly fresh and hot. Service wasn’t friendly but was efficient and got the food to me in a timely manner. If you want to see a dozen raccoons tactically raiding a dumpster go there after dark and check em out.

The guy taking my order was rude. I took my food to go. The young man that brought my food out was professional. His name was Lane. I tipped him 3 bucks. The order was wrong. The fries they gave me were old, hard and greasy. A bunch of tiny pieces. I will never go back.

The parking parking sucks here but service is okay wherever they got their Sonic burger the other day in my delivery was terrible terrible terrible it tastes like sweet relish pickles on my burger…

Usually the customer service is good with polite people but EVERY SINGLE TIME Victoria takes my order or brings it out she is rude, she acts like she is annoyed with me for placing an order, she never smiles and always just hands me my drink where I have to reach way out my window and takes off before anything else can be said. I used to work at a sonic and I know this is unacceptable. I started going to the other sonic by Walmart ONLY so I don’t have to deal with this girl. Everyone else is great.

This Sonic is one of two near me, and while I bounce between the two, I usually try to avoid this one unless I have to. The customer service here is actually more consistent and polite compared to the other location, which I do appreciate, but unfortunately, the food and drink quality just isn’t great.
The tea always tastes old, no matter when I go or what I order. The food usually tastes like it’s been cooked in old grease; it’s hard to explain, but nothing ever tastes quite right. On top of that, the wait time is usually long, even for simple drink orders.
If they could improve the freshness and quality of their food and drinks, this location would easily be my go-to because of the better service. Until then, it’s just not my first choice.

The picture is supposed to be onion rings. Chili also burnt on 2 coneys med CLAs had 1 lime unsqueed supposed to be 2 ( haven’t been squeezed in last 6 visits) overall lazy employees who DON’T care about QUALITY SERVICE
