I placeed a mobile order and I want to start off by saying the drink they gave me in their typical Styrofoam cups busted all over me in my truck… second how do you mess one wakey pack up if you get the other correct… 2 identical wakey packs and one comes with cheese!? Cheese don’t come on them and that’s what my kids expected!! And my kids were both so mad about only ONE PICKLE!! Another thing.. I ordered the cheesy baja crispy chicken wrap… it comes with the chicken, tortilla, shredded cheese, zesty cheese, lettuce and tomato, I ordered 2 without tomato’s. I didn’t get shredded cheese but I sure did get a lot of onion and tomatoes…. i also had 4 groovy sauses yet I didnt have any in the bag.

Every single time I come to this location on my way to work, and I order an ultimate meat and cheese burrito, I ask for no sausage sub bacon… They always up charge me for the extra bacon which is fine ..problem is I never get what I paid for… They make it with minimal to no bacon … Stop charging me for food I’m not receiving!

After receiving our food, we noticed 2 of our items were missing the cheese that were supposed to be on it. Now, these are not items we had to add cheese to, but already come with cheese (Breakfast Toaster). So I went back to the button to let them know we didn’t get cheese on our sandwiches, while the person who “answered” the call was polite and said they would fix it, another person (guy) in the back clearly and loudly said “there was cheese on those, watch when they bring it back I’ll show you.” All we wanted was our food fixed the way we ordered it, we weren’t rude and didn’t ask for anything extra, that comment was COMPLETELY uncalled for!

We go to this sonic 2/3 times a week and the last month there hasn’t been once our food hasn’t been messed up.
Either a Cherry coke has more Cherry than coke in it or food is missing or they ringing up the wrong food. This store state is in what it was before it shut down the first time

I wish I could give a five star review. The staff is always very nice. That being said, there hasn’t been a single trip to this location that hasn’t ended in forgotten food, wrong food, poor serving size, or just sloppy presentation. Today wasn’t different other than I’m fed up enough to write a review. I’ve called the restaurant, I’ve driven back numerous times for missed food, I’ve spoken ,very nicely mind you, to management, I really don’t want to be a Karen but come on! Not one right order in a year! Tonight my kids blast was far from full, hardly any Reese’s bits and we paid extra for peanut butter that is non existent. It’s just annoying.

I’ve been getting the same breakfast burrito from multiple sonic locations. This is the third time in the past 2 months I’ve gotten nowhere near the amount of food I paid for. Over $18 for 2 number 15s that are horribly made. The burritos from every other location in and around Tyler, TX are almost twice as big.

Order just a Route 44 water and put it in my brand new Stanley tumbler because I was eager to use it. After drinking all the water I went to refill it and saw THIS is my Sonic ice… I can only assume it’s mildew from the ice machine because it’s IN the ice and couldn’t have come from my brand new tumbler I bought that same day.

Never have I had so many incorrect orders come from one place. Time after time I have ventured here to get a burger or what have you, and I don’t know if I’ve ever once recieved the food I asked for. This isn’t a simple mistake, I’ve worked in fast food myself for 5+ years, this is carelessness.

I’m done with this sonic location. The last three times I’ve been there they screwed up my order. Tonight I ordered a sonic double bacon cheeseburger, instead I got a plain cheeseburger. Fry container was only half full. My wife ordered a 5 piece chicken strip, and only got a 3 piece.
Of course I didn’t notice until I got home, and didn’t feel like driving 15 minutes back to fix the order. My fault for not checking before I left and trusting this incompetent staff to do their job correctly I suppose. From now on I’m just gonna stick to Whataburger down the road because this is a consistent issue with this sonic location.
