What the actual heck is this? Why is it that it takes 20-30 minutes to make 4 dollar menu items when your virtually empty, then they end up being the skimpiest, smallest wraps I’ve ever gotten!? There’s only reason theres so much cheese sauce is cause I paid EXTRA for it! Horrible and it isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait unreasonably long for barely any items, nor the first time I’ve gotten items this tiny and not worth paying money for! And not only that, but there’s no way to report incorrect or bad orders without calling the store directly! Corporate needs to put a way to report in the app, this is getting ridiculous. Not everyone goes to stores in their home city and not everyone is able to go back to the store that wronged them.

Edit: my burger tasted like it’d been sitting the whole time i was waiting and I ordered it with onions and didn’t get onions on it! I’m glad the other instructions were listened to, since I’m allergic to tomatoes, or we would have had actual problems here. Our whole order and experience was horrible.

I came in the other night and I had to wait for my food (which I’m fine with). They were obviously understaffed and they were still nice and respectful. I’m pretty sure the woman at the windows name was Jae, and she was exceptional. I asked for extra sauce and she didn’t even hesitate to give me some. My food was hot and fresh! I will be coming to this sonic from now on because she just made the experience a 10/10 even though I had to wait it didn’t even feel like I waited long.

They were extremely shorthanded last night, drive through was long and the stalls were full but the lady that worked was super sweet. Once we got everything, it was hot and fresh and most definitely worth the wait. Shout out to the sweet lady and the cook who worked last night.

This evening they we’re having trouble with their pos system. All of them were so kind and apologetic. But they still managed to find a way for me to be able to get my soda. Extra shout out to the young man named Grayson, your customer service skills will take you far. Thank you all so much!

After waiting 25 mins for 2 drinks, both were watered down. It shouldn’t be that hard to take care of your customers when they arrive. 5 mins is understandable, 25 is unacceptable.

I ordered a 6 piece mozzarella and only got 4 and the girl who brought me my food left before I could ask for more sauce. Since it was a mobile order I had to wait another 30 mins for some sauce.

Asked for two burgers and asked for no mayo on both
Asked for two fries with cheese, one with chili
Waiter almost 30 minutes and got mayo on one burger and chili on both fries
Went back to get it fixed and were told they were closed (an hour before closing)
They then “fixed the burger” by flipping the paddy with mayo and adding ketchup (doesn’t come with the burger) also one half of both burger were cold and the fries were half cooked

This was a spectacular kind of awful. The girl we dealt with nice enough, but we waited well over 35 minutes for a popcorn chicken, a blast, and an Ocean Water. Not only did we not get any part of our order, but they got everything wrong on everyone else’s orders and even attempted to give the wrong order. Nobody there has any clue what is going on. Sheer incompetence of the highest magnitude. Dysfunctional, disorganized, and just plain bad.

When we asked for a refund, they obliged, but then failed to provide the full refund, requiring us to call them back after we had left. We were not rude, and were very patient, but this was just ridiculous. Whatever “leadership” is running this place has utterly failed its employees.

Remember when a chili cheese dog had chili and cheese? Those days are gone. Just a smear of chili to give it color. The tita were so oily that the bag was almost entirely wet by the time I got home.

Our carhop Pablo “put his heart and soul” into our order and he wasn’t joking. This was one of the best sonic drinks I’ve had in a while and Pablo’s hard work and friendly demeanor really contributed to the experience. Overall a great visit!
