When the owners are not present the young kids working are loud and standing around. Not doing their job as customer service.
The only good service you get is when owners are working. There is 1 employee that stand around and litterly talks bad about other employees.. usually a new employee. And everyone can hear her . I have watched this more than once while in restaurant having a ice cream with the grandkids

I was driving down from Missouri to Texas and lost my wallet. A couple of hours later, the Sonic employee had a customer give him my lost wallet. He went above and beyond to get in touch with me to let me know he had it at the store. In addition, he locked in the company safe for 6 days so I could pick it up on the way back home! This kind of honesty is slowly disappearing from the world so I was extremely grateful that he made the effort to contact me and God bless the customer who found it in the parking lot and turned it in! There was cash and credit cards and everything was in it when I picked it up! Very good people, who do the right thing work there and I will be forever grateful.

We had done a drive thru buy of large popcorn chicken. The service staff was amazing but the chicken popcorn fry had more breading than chicken than other places we have had from . Overall it’s good for a quick service restaurant. It’s a ‘may visit ‘ again.

The manager in the mornings and the young people on this shift are wonderful, I go here most every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for drinks for my wife and I. We once went every day but the owner apparently quit giving the discount during happy hour for app users because the cost went from $2.99 for the 2 drinks to $4.07, so the app doesn’t help on cost. I know it’s the owners decision but the morning staff is GREAT

The front of house attendants where wonderful. However the cook tried to refuse to remake a meal after including ingredients that there was an allergy to after being properly informed. When finally payed a second time. They remade it, without changing any gloves or hair net. And then found one of her hairs in the meal
