Ordered for the first time at this location. Asked for 2 small iced vanilla coffee and they gave me the whole cup with ice and very little coffee. I didn’t go back because I was already too far when I looked at my cup! Didn’t think I’d have an issue with a beverage order!

First time visiting this location. First off she didn’t greet us, the first thing she said was “You paid with card right?” She didn’t say her name or repeat our order. We asked for ketchup and ranch, she told us ketchup was in the bag and brought us one ranch with a large popcorn chicken! We checked the bag, no ketchup at all smh. Very rude and didn’t say you’re welcome after I said thank you! They walk around with AirPods in their ear! Very unprofessional

ordered ahead on the app and still had to wait 30 plus minutes to get my order :/ don’t understand how you guys just see the food and drinks sitting there and don’t think to check where to deliver it . it took us calling the store for them to bring out our food . by that time our food was colder than the dead & drinks were melted af . if you see food and drinks not up to standard why not remake it before handing it out ? person that delivered our food didn’t even care to talk to us or wait to see if our order was right . service here is very hit or miss and this is not the first time this has happened.

I can’t believe that I ordered a large mozzarella stick and they brought 2 marina sauce and I asked for an extra and told me the limit is 2. I usually go to sonic 2 to 3 times a week. I will have to rethink this I’m tired of all there bs.

So, I’ve been to just about every Sonic in the Mesquite/Garland area. This Sonic is probably the worst I’ve ever been to. These carhops are rude and honestly act like they don’t know where they’re going or what they’re doing.
My elderly grandmother and I ordered some food and I mean as soon as the girl answered, she was beyond rude. About halfway through our order, she turned to her manager and laughed. I don’t think she even realized that I saw it, but I did. Never have I EVER experienced such a rude carhop.
