Rude order taker kept saying he couldn’t hear me and I’ve have to speak up. I ended up literally YELLING my order and I still had to keep correcting him. Good food, garbage order taker ruined it. Get people that can hear normal conversation or fix your radios. # CORRECTION# The food was NOT good, the onion rings were burned and the burgers were cold and the buns soggy and smashed flat. $37 for the trash can. Pathetic.

Ordered on app and went to pick up was 2 shakes and hot fudge checked in and waited about 10 mins for it to clear the order from the screen so we hit the button and they said they’d bring it out . When we got home realized neither of the shakes were what we ordered and I called the store but never got an answer.

Arrived in town a week ago monday. Went through the drive through got to hotel and was missing ff. I happily ate my burger because I know the young people working were frazzled. As I sat at the window waiting for food I heard a large crash. When I looked up there had been a 2 car accident in the entrance. Three employees,maybe four, had ran out to assist. One was on the phone. One directing traffic another took the children to safety. The young lady at the window was instructing people to go slow and exit out the back. I was very proud of these young people. Kudos to them all. The manager should be proud to have such a responsible crew to be home working at this location. If I am ever back this way I will be sure and stop in for a bite.

Went just before closing an order two meals, got all the way home and realized we were missing a burger. Normally not a big deal but as I am pregnant it was very disappointing. We live too far out of town to make it back before they closed.

The worst sonic I have every had. The picture is my order but not what I ordered. I have seen kids meals bigger than those small boxes. And the chicken was horrible, batter not cooked had some kind of gel in it and a unchewable film. Best thing about this lunch was the tea. And I paid $8 for that garbage.
