They’re always friendly here. Probably one of the better Sonic locations. They always fully accommodate my “off the wall” requests that I order, which is more than I can ask for. Also, it’s right next to my job, so that’s a plus!

Update: the last 3 trips have been very slow. I waited 8 minutes at a stall, and no one came to take my order. They said it was because one side of their stalls is down with their server, but no notice is placed so a customer doesn’t waste their time? After I have to get out of my car and order inside, 20 minutes later I get mediocre ched r’ peppers for $4. I This is unprofessional to the fullest.

Very very slow service 20mins now and no one has answered the call. I guess not getting out side is how this crew does business. Many many cars have went through the drive threw. First time I have ever come here. Very disatisfied.

Now 30 mins. Just had to press the red button again. Worst service ever. I will NOT BE BACK will find another sonic or just avoid sonic on the days I come to town.

Jumped in drive through. Could not be heard so shut truck off still cannot hear me. Took my order. Finally. To make matters worse the lade behind me got her order befor me.

Want to thank the young lady that took my order, you could tell she was wore out. She made both beverages an did not charge me. Because of this i will return 1 more tiem to see if it was a fluke

Made mobile order, waited 25 minutes for food, still didn’t get so I hit the red button. 5 more minutes to get tots rolling in my bag and a flat sandwich. The guy walked in and out of the chicken shack next door faster than I got my sandwich.

I am sitting at this sonic waiting on someone to answer this box. It’s been blinking so long! Im watching workers come to this door to talk to this man and one even Came outside to deliver food. No one said anything. I asked them if they were close and he said they are not taking orders right now because they are backed up. Why wouldn’t someone just answer and say that instead of having people waiting. I watched cars going through the drive thru. I would of normally just leave after five mins of no answer but my daughter really wanted Sonic. It’s sad that common curtesy doesn’t exist here. I’m in retail so I understand being short handed but at least say something. That’s how you keep customers coming back. I literally watch car after car pull up and then pull off. I’m so disappointed in my people. We will never come up this way.

Very slow service, waited for over 20 minutes to receive my food. Asked two separate times where my food was; each time I was told it was on the way, it was another five minutes. Food was good though.

I just sat at the order machine for 10 minutes no answer, and at the drive through window currently for another 7 no answer. I try give them a chance since they are close to home but they fail everytime and they forget stuff everytime. The drinks are als not good. I just typed all this and still no response. Now I gotta drive to another one.

Wasn’t able to get a name but my sister and I stopped by last night for a late burger. Ordered a double cheeseburger which my sister said was the best burger she’s gotten from a sonic location, filling and just appetizing. Sorry about not getting a name but cashier #1 was kind and patient. Love this location and will be coming back to this one only!

Travel With Dyadem Travel
This particular location was okay, until we found out that they did not have any debit/credit service and you could only pay by cash. Luckily we were able to still get our food at this time. Moreover, I just want to add that the young man did a great job in his customer service skills, and the food came out really quick, which made up for the debit/credit issue. Thanks Sonic in Desoto

I just left this place. I have never had a bad food experience here but I did. The hot dog was very sloppy done. Their no onions in it. The fries taste like they were fried in old grease. The woman at the drive through was not friendly. Please don’t call me sweetie again.

On June 6, 2022, I came back. The coffee was very cold. The breakfast toaster look like nothing that I ordered. The intercom was very low. There was no customer service when the young lady brought my food.

Look fellas I don’t mean to sound rude but this place could be a lot better for instance the first and second time I order coffee and it tasted like cinnamon and water quote the third time the coffee was pretty nasty did not taste any fresh at all and this all happened in the morning time! So after the third time I have to give this place at least a third star. I wish the owner could check on this.. cause 7 out of 10 people “” may never ever come back.. in deed.
