I am a regular here and i only write reviews to criticize but not this time. The service here was very good. Zahid one of the shift managers helped me with my order, has a really good personality and is always professional. He has such a warm smile and is the only reason I keep on coming back here just for him. He has become my good friend too! He was quick to take my order, made sure I was satisfied, and made my day with his humor and love that he puts in every order! David the waiter is also a good person always smiling. I always come at night with my family and will continue coming here where they respect everyone and take care of everyone.

We tried this place quite a few times since moving to the area. We always find the food hot and fresh and very delicious. The ice cream is always available and very delicious. We love the new Smash Burgers and the fries or tator tots are cooked to perfections. Our server tonight was David who is always very helpful and friendly. We will continue coming to this location as long as you have the great employees like David working.

I never take the time to write reviews, but Brittany at this Sonic absolutely deserves one! My wife, kids, and I come here all the time, and she’s always so kind, cheerful, and friendly.. especially with our kids. She always brings our food out fast, hot, and perfectly right every single time. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Brittany goes above and beyond with her great attitude and service!!! She really deserves some recognition (and honestly, a raise) for everything she does!

Came by on my lunch. Ordered the smash burger meal and a side of lemons and limes. So lucky I didn’t immediately start eating my lemon and limes as planned. Something told me to rise them to get the seeds off. The lemons were fine. But the limes look as if they were molding. I know the person that gave them to me saw it. Because I could see it right off. Made me so sick, I immediately vomited. This was so not okay. I wasn’t mean to anyone or anything. Why?

Twice in the past week I have waited over 15 minutes for my mobile order. Both times I had to call to remind them and they had forgotten my order. I go almost everyday and I always ask for light ice and I get a cup full of ice with a splash of drink. There is a lot of new employees so im hoping this changes with time.

I primarily go here for the coffee since it’s so close. When it’s good, it’s good. Unfortunately, this Sonic has a terrible hit-or-miss average. The iced coffees often taste like the milk is sour. I get that employees can make an occasional mistake while in a hurry, but this happens so often at this location that it seems to be policy to just keep using the milk till its gone no matter how bad it is.
UPDATE: I’ve been back several times since my review with mostly no problems. But I went back for 2 coffees this morning; super disappointing! Both were undrinkable — watered down, sour (how on earth do they manage to make sour coffee?), and neither cup was even full. So not only did they short me on the drink, but what I did get was worthless. How is the quality control at this location so bad? Don’t you guys have a recipe to follow?

On numerous occasions we have picked this Sonic location and every time David is there. He is awesome and so very patient. He always has a smile on his face and greets us with a positive, pleasant attitude, even if they are super busy. It’s really appreciated and I thought you guys should know how wonderful he is. Thanks
